We adored this apartment, and our hosts, Sophie and Francois, were so friendly and welcoming, and genuinely cared about their guests. The apartment, as other reviewers have said, is beautifully decorated, and close to everything you need. We also found it to be very quiet. The little treats left for us were very much appreciated, and not having to go out straight away to buy basic supplies is a real plus when arriving in a new city. Sophie was very quick to respond to messages, very flexible with arrangements, and there is a wealth of information about Paris provided in the apartment. A very enjoyable stay!
We had a stress-free stay with everything we needed. The apartment is totally charming, clean, comfortable and very secure. We felt like locals for the short time we were there. Having the little supermarket next door was a bonus. Marie’s suggestions of places to eat were great.
We had great communication with the host and, on arriving, being provided with keys and shown the apartment and provided with local recommendations. The apartment has everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location could not be better - a quick trip into Paris, or take the time to explore and get the Montmartre community feels. The chimes of the church across the road and seeing the Eiffel out the window, across the rooftops was amazing. Be prepared to carry luggage up stairs - elevators are rarely a thing across Europe. But the stairs do not detract - it means there are views! I highly recommend this property, even better if you can spend some time here to soak up the surroundings.
The location was perfect for our requirements, Annie was a fantastic host, she couldn’t have been nicer and or more helpful. We were unaware there was 4 flights of steps and although this is probably not an issue for most people at times it stopped us coming and going more often.
We had a wonderful stay. The communication was excellent and the listing was exactly as advertised. Incredible location & perfect amount of amenities. Highly recommend!
I would recommend this property to any group of 2 or 3 people. I stayed there with my 16 year old granddaughter. It is well situated and although small, very comfortable as it is well organised. Louis organised our travel to and from Gare du Nord which was seamless. He also showed us around the neighborhood and made us familiar with the property itself. Great view of the Eiffel Tower especially when it glitters at night after 11pm.
The kitchen is small but quite adequate and the beds are comfortable. No air conditioning but a good breeze through the big windows.
Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the tube station is not far away

AC isn’t the best if the days are warm.
The whole check in/check out process let our stay down though. The owner kindly agreed for us to use their car space, but it ended up being such a hassle we should have just used the on-street parking. Having to meet the cleaner who speaks no English at all & leave a deposit for the fob; not being able to check in until 4pm (4 hours past check in time listed) and then having to meet again for the return of the deposit 30minutes before scheduled check out time.
