Holiday rentals near Pilates Maui

We stayed for a week at Lahaina Shores in early January. This was our first trip to Maui and we absolutely loved it. The property was just as presented on the website- no nasty surprises and there was everything you could want for a fantastic stay in the apartment. The view is fantastic and every single day we saw lots of whales swimming past our window. It is a wonderful spot to sit and have a drink and watch the world go by. The apartment is very well appointed with everything needed for cooking and relaxing on the beach. The location is excellent- just at the end of town in a wonderful quiet spot, but so close to everything as well. Only a few minutes walk into town and the shops and restaurants, although just out the back gate is a lovely place called Betty's where you can get a great meal and drink. Marge the owner was a pleasure to deal with during the booking process. We had a slight hiccup with check-in as we arrived after reception was closed which is 10pm, but this was soon resolved. This was a resort issue not an issue with the apartment. I would not hesitate to recommend this property, and we will definitely be back to stay with Marge again!

I’m sure we are all concerned whether the property we rent will live up to the marketing hype and the clever photo shoot. This property is exactly as described. It’s extremely clean, spacious, very well appointed and was recently renovated to a very high standard. Faye (the owner) has set a standard that other property owners should aspire to achieve. Sadly, most don’t and are just full of excuses when their lackluster offerings are found to be wanting. Thanks Faye, you have a wonderful eye for detail...it was fantastic to stay at your property! This condo was truly the best one we stayed at during our Hawaiian visit (we stayed in 7 different places). Immaculate and everything you could think of was supplied. Having the washer/dryer was an absolute bonus. Well situated so even though we had a car, we could walk to shops and restaurants. The owners have done a fab job with the renovations and everything is very tastefully decorated. I would highly recommend this home away from home!

Thank you so much Mark for sharing your beautiful condo with us you couldn't ask for better everything you needed. Amazing beach at your door and swimming with the turtles every morning was a highlight for the children. We loved everything about Makena Surf and especially B-303. Hard coming back to New Zealand's cold and wet winter. Look forward to returning one day.
