Holiday rentals near Franco Anelli Speleological Museum

The location was perfect for visiting all the main towns in Puglia. It was great to have safe parking as parking in the towns was very difficult. As 3 retired travellers, we enjoyed the experience of staying in a trullo and the whole property was outstanding. The pool was very welcome after hot days travelling. Angela, husband Pino and their daughter Dilletta were very obliging and helpful.Our only suggestion would be perhaps a few more basic supplies ( eg. tea, coffee, milk) would be appreciated as breakfast was an extra cost.Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Sergio greeted us and walked us through this immaculate casa. Everything was spotless. The children especially loved the pool, spa and extensive grounds surrounding the casa. This is the best property we have stayed at around the world. It is within half an hour of all main tourist spots . We spent a week and enjoyed every minute of it.

A lovely very clean Trulli just outside Alberobello in the midst of olive trees our hosts couldn’t have been nicer left us with provisions and we based there and travelled around for 5 days it was wonderful

We stayed in this villa with friends. Three couples all together and it was extremely comfortable. Plenty of room, great cooking facilities (including the use of the wood barbecue). The outdoor area was amazing and relaxing by the pool was enjoyed by all. We found the location perfect to explore Alberobello and other towns in the region. We had flight delays which made checking difficult but this was no problem for our hosts. Communication was fantastic and having Nino deliver fresh pastries and fruit from his garden every morning for breakfast greatly appreciated and was a standout extra by our amazing hosts. Everything was fantastic. A wonderful experience. I would stay here again and will be recommending to friends who wish to travel to the area. Jennie

We had a wonderful 5 days in U Carvutt. It so happened that our stay coincided with the Festa San Vito. We had boat parades with relics of San Vito in the bay below our balcony and marching band and religious processions in the street outside our front door. The location of the apartment is fantasic but particularly so on festival weekend. As has been noted in other reviws, the age, design and location of the apartment meant that there was some salt residue/dust falling from the old stone ceiling over the 5 days but that was insignificant compared to thebeauty of the view and position. We ate breakfast on the balcony each morning and had dinner or drinks on the balcony each evening whilst listening to the saxophone from the restaurant below. Marialessandra left us a welcom bottle of wine and some typical Puglian snack which were much appreciated. We would definitely stay there again. Was a highlight of our holiday!

Lovely property, in central location. Cooking facilities a little dated. Would recommend gas BBQ instead of charcoal, it’s dirty, messy and inconvenient.

From the minute we arrived in Monopoli we knew it was going to be a fabulous stay! Alex, Ada and Rocky were on the spot to meet us and Rocky even parked our car!! They were so warm and welcoming it felt like meeting up with old friends. They spent a lot of time giving us advice and directions on restaurants (which lived up to their recommendation!),beaches, markets and other towns to visit. Alex kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. Their apartment is just gorgeous and spotless (it is clearly loved) with everything you could possibly need…including a huge bowl of fresh fruit, water, milk, coffee and snacks. The three terraces are amazing. The views are all terrific and different from each ther. They are also very well equipped with sun beds, table, umbrella and even an outside shower. In fact it was quite hard to leave the apartment each day!! The location is perfect…walking distance to everything including a couple of lovely little beaches. It was very warm when we arrived so the aircon was a great bonus. We absolutely loved Monopoli with its vibrant harbour, fascinating Centro Storico, terrific restaurants, bars and shops. And there are so many interesting nearby towns to visit. We are back in Australia now but still miss the lovely apartment and the amazing time we had there.
