Sergio was a very helpful host. He communicated well before our visit and met us at the property as arranged. The villa was as described; has everything you need for your holiday and Sergio stressed to contact him if anything was amiss. We did not need anything. The vila and surrounds were pristine. The outside area is fabulous, characterful and with a gorgeous infinity pool. It is private and quiet sitting amidst olive groves.We had to check out early at 7am on our last day to get our flight home and Sergio went out of his way to see us off. It was a great base for exploring Puglia by car. We were about 20 mins from Alberobello and Le Grotte di Castellano, 15 mins from Monopoli, 30mins from Polignano a Mare and 90mins from Matera. Sadly we only had 1 week and Puglia requires a minimum of 2 weeks to explore more fully. I highly recommend.

We wanted a relaxing week in Italy close to some picturesque towns and it’s exactly what we got. The villa was a little dated inside but no issues really. A very nice pool and bbq area outside.

Casa Sergio is a treasure

Sergio is a top-notch host. His communication prior to and during the check-in process was informative, accomodating, and thoughtful. We enjoyed the modern functionality of the Villa and the grounds were pleasant at all hours of the day and evening. Le Eden and La mia terra were our two favorites for dining. The location of Villa is a perfect spot for day trips too.

A wonderful experience!

Sergio greeted us and walked us through this immaculate casa. Everything was spotless. The children especially loved the pool, spa and extensive grounds surrounding the casa. This is the best property we have stayed at around the world. It is within half an hour of all main tourist spots . We spent a week and enjoyed every minute of it.

Perfect holiday

We stayed in October. The weather was ideal for us. The villa is secluded but walking distance to two local restaurants. Easy to drive to monopoli and surrounding areas. Kids didn’t want to leave!!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The property is extremely clean, and accommodating. Sergio is available 24/7. He provided information about any activity we wanted to experience. And, in some cases, actually made the reservations for us. He arranged a rental car to be available at the Bari airport when we arrived, and returned the vehicle for us. He is definitely a host wthout a peer.

Amazing stay

We had an great time at Casa Sergio. The communication with Sergio was very easy, he was extremely responsive. The house is even better in reality than the photos. It has a wonderful and big swimming pool. One big advantage is that all rooms in the house are equipped with a/c which is a valuable equipment given the high temperatures in the summer.

Sergio (and his family) went above and beyond with them accommodation our late night check in. The pictures of the property do not do it justice. Its beautiful. Sergio, was always immediately available via WhatsApp with any of our queries. The property is a short drive from the beautiful city of Monopoli which was amazingly beautiful and clean. Fantastic location and outside living in Puglia

Villa is located within easy reach of lots of villages and attractions. There are at least three great places to eat within 5 mins drive. The outside space is amazing, the pool is fantastic, easy to enjoy outside living with a outdoor kitchen, bbq and pizza oven. The villa is equipped with everything you need, Wi-Fi is incredible , quicker than at home in the uk. Sergio is a really friendly and helpful host, giving you lots of hints and tips to enjoy your stay

This is a great villa about 10 minutes from Monopoli and 20 minutes from Alberobello. We really enjoyed the outdoor, eating by the pool every morning and eating outside for dinner many evenings. The owner Sergio was extremely nice, he helped us with some recommendations for restaurants and boat rides. The villa itself is very large, 3 rooms that could easily accomodate 8 but we were only 2. 2 complete bathrooms as well. The highlight was to pick figs in the trees next to the villa every day! There is a pizzeria within walking distance which is cheap and really good! Otherwise, you need the car to go everywhere but going to beach clubs on the coast takes about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend!

Great stay at Villa Sergio!

We stayed in villa Sergio for a week with 6 persons (4 adult, 2 kids) and we had a lovely week. We had a very nice and warm welcome when we arrived! The villa is nice, spacious and well equiped. The kids (and adults) loved the outdoor area with the swimmingpool, relaxing places and the garden. The villa is well located and there is a mini-market in the neighbourhood and a big supermarket at approx 10-15 minutes drive in the city of Monopoli. Touristic places like the Trulli-area, other beautiful cities and beaches are all within a reasonable driving-distance from the house. @Sergio and Nila: thanks for the great stay at your place! We loved it!

Impeccable Hosting

The villa itself exceeded all of our expectations and was absolutely stunning, with everything we could need. The area itself was beautiful and full of history, the options for food were great. The host, Sergio went above and beyond and made this holiday a real experience. He helped us with everything he possibly could (nothing was too much trouble) He recommended a fantastic local restaurant and even went out of his way to make a booking for us to save us the trouble. He even helped us locate somewhere to hire a wheelchair from for a member of our party. His communication before and during our stay was impeccable and we are very thankful to Sergio for making this such a wonderful holiday.

Le bonheur à l'italienne

La maison, ou plutôt le domaine devrais-je dire, est splendide Cadre enchanteur au milieu des vignes et des oliviers L'extérieur, avec la terrasse, la pergola, la cuisine d'été et la piscine incroyable, est un lieu d'exception Chaque recoin est empli de poésie Des grappes de raisin qui descendent sous la pergola, des cactus en pots, des figuiers, des voilages qui volent au vent ...L'intérieur est accueillant propre et bien équipé (lave vaisselle, machine à laver...)La terrasse abritée a l'étage, attenante à la cuisine, est très agréable pour le petit dej et le dîner et pour la vue Les chambres sont au calme et la literie est très confortable La communication avec Sergio et son épouse a été parfaite Tout est bien expliqué a l'arrivée pour l'organisation dans la maison et concernant les lieux à voir autour Situation stratégique pour visiter Monopoli, Alberobello, Lecce etc...Une semaine, c'est bien trop court ! Superbe séjour à Casa Sergio

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans la villa. Sergio et sa femme, en plus d’être aimables et accueillants, sont très réactifs lorsqu’il y a besoin. A savoir : il y a désormais 2 lits superposés (soit 4 couchages) dans la chambre enfants. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Casa Sergio: un incontournable dans les Pouilles.

Casa Sergio est une grande maison familiale, entourée d’un terrain garni d’arbres fruitiers et d’oliviers. L’espace permet de conjuguer travail et relaxation. La patio extérieur avec cuisine complete donnant sur la piscine sont idéaux pour relaxer en famille. La maison est située au coeur des Pouilles a proximité de merveilleuse plages et de tous les sites d'intérêt. Sergio est un hôte professionnel, disponible et des plus sympathiques. Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon Séjour dans la propriété. Ne parlant que français nous avons pu sans problème communiquer avec les propriétaires qui ont été très arrangeants et agréables. Merci à Sergio et sa femme (et son papa) pour leur sympathie ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison qui vous offrira également quelques fruits que vous pouvez cueillir et manger à votre guise, beaucoup de calme, avec une piscine et un cadre sublime ! Sergio nous a gentiment offert de l’huile de l’olive de sa récolte personnelle ainsi qu’un vin fait maison nature qui était exquis ! Merci également à Sergio et son père pour avoir partager comment on fabriquait du vin et dans les vieilles traditions, c’était une belle découverte ! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, Sergio et sa femme sont très sympas, à l’écoute et disponibles et partagerons volontier avec vous toutes les belles choses que les Pouilles ont à vous offrir ! Fantastic Stay in Puglia at Casa Sergio

We have had an excellent holiday in Sergio's villa. Sergio met us at the villa on arrival to show us round and suggest some places to visit and eat at. The villa is amazing with fantastic pool and lovely area outside to eat. Inside is lovely too with comfy beds and nice kitchen. The area is wonderful, visited Polignano, Monopoli, Alberobello, Capitol Beach, Caves at Castellana Grotte. There's so much to do. Will be back one day and recommend this villa to anyone. Was für ein schöner Ort!

Wirklich schönes, großzügiges Ferienhaus mit allem, was man so braucht. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen - in enorm ruhiger, grüner Umgebung mit Oliven- und Obstbäumen und dennoch nur 15 Auto-Minuten nach Monopoli und zu Buchten mit kristallklarem, türkisem Meer. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen - und das obwohl wir Mitte Oktober in eine Woche kühles Regenwetter erwischt haben. Mit den Trulli- und weißen Städtchen der Umgebung und der Grotte Castellana gibt es aber selbst bei eher deutschem Herbstwetter viel zu sehen. Nur den Pool haben wir daher nicht sehr oft genutzt - bei mehr Sonne wie in unseren letzten Tagen in der Villa Sergio ist er aber sicher herrlich. Vielen Dank an Sergio und seine Familie!

Erholung pur im sonnigen Apulien!!

Casa Sergio ist ein wunderschönes Anwesen inmitten eines großen Olivenhains. Das Haus ist geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum!! Großer Pool, große Außenküche, gemauerter Grill und Pizzaofen,Pavillion mit Außenmöbel, Liegen, Liegestühle, Sonnen- und Schattenplätze und eine geradezu traumhafte Lage, abseits vom Trubel. Trotzdem sind Sandstrände und die nächsten Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten rasch zu erreichen. Auf dem Anwesen wird auch Wein angebaut, es gibt frische Feigen, Zitronen, Granatäpfel… Wir durften mit unserem Hund das gesamte Anwesen nutzen und haben das sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert in Englisch möglich, es wurde uns Unterstützung angeboten bei Reservierungen etc. Für Menschen, die gerne abseits vom großen Trubel Urlaub machen, können wir dieses Feriendomizil nur empfehlen.
