Holiday rentals near Alchimie d'Arte

We really enjoyed our stay here. Diego was very accommodating with our early arrival into Catania and we were able to store our bags while the apartment was being cleaned. He even carried them up the steep flight of stairs which was no easy task. He also came back when we had trouble letting ourselves in. (Turn all the way anticlockwise and give a little pull). The square nearby is a little noisy at night but it didn’t bother us. Lots of nice places to eat and only a 5 minute walk to the main square.

Period apartment with wonderful deco. Alessio was extremely helpful with parking. All the sights are within walking distance and morning markets are across the road.

We found this house perfect for us. It was very quiet, clean, good kitchen utensil, very comfy bed, good linen, hot water, good secure onsite parking and reliable WiFi. The owners, Mario and Angela were the perfect hosts, providing many extras in the house including a basket of welcoming gifts on the table to greet us. They spoke good English and gave us good information on the local area. The house has beautful views to Mt Etna, the ocean and Taormina which is a must see, with a large terrace perfect for meals and relaxing. We doubt that there is better accommodation available in the area. We really enjoyed our time there.
