About this property

CRISPI HOME 169 Comfortable apartment in the center of Catania, near the sea

Hello everyone and welcome to this page! My house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a relaxation area with a sofa and a 40 "LED TV, a kitchen with a 22" LED TV.
The double bedrooms are air conditioned and have tv. In every room there is wi-fi.
The house is right in the center and you can move on foot or by public transport to visit via Etnea, the Duomo and the beauties of Catania.
Below my house you will find: bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, ATM services, hairdressers, restaurants, pizzerias, sandwich shops, wine shops, etc.
Also a few meters from my house there is a beautiful market called by us Catania also "fair".
The house is close to the bus and train station and the sea can be reached either by bus or a 15-minute walk. To visit the Etna is very convenient the bus that leaves at 8:00 from the bus station.

Alessio is a fantastic host, who gave us great tips on where to eat and how to move around Catania. The apartment was safe, had enough room for the 4 of us, we had two bathrooms and enough space to cook. We came in November, so there were some really annoying Mosquitos in our room, but other than that, it was nice.

Very spacious place close to the center

Big and clean apartment with everything you need. There was no hot water for couple days, but I guess it was issue of the building.

Great apartment

We recently stayed in a fantastic holiday apartment in Catania and had such a great experience. The apartment is really spacious and well-maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Allesio, the host, was amazing—always available and super helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the center of Catania, with shops and the train station nearby. It made exploring the city so easy and convenient. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Catania. Allesio’s hospitality and the apartment’s great features made our stay unforgettable.

Good spacious place

Host was late so waited about 20 min for him standing at business next door. He was nice and place was big. No real coffee maker just a stove top maker for 1 person but we went out for coffee which was great. Close to supermarkets and nice walk to major areas. Place is 3 bedroom and bedrooms large. A/c was good too. Water pressure not so good in small showers

Cute apartment

The host was communicative and very friendly and helpful. We arrived late, but he did not complain about having to meet us so late. He was helpful with suggestions of places to eat nearby and things to do and see. It is about a 15-minute walk from the train station and about 10-15 minutes from the main tourist area of the city. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the host had provided some cold drinks in the fridge and some breakfast pastries. The air conditioner cooled the place well.

Nice appartment and very friendly host. He was reachable all the time when needed and helped us with everything. The host had water bottles, ice tea, breakfast-packages and some other groceries ready as a welcome package. All needed amenities in aboundend quantities. The host is really generous and nice. Parking is possible on the street. Just be aware that only the not blue or yellow marked spaces are for free. He also helped us with the suitcases up the quite narrow stairs. Narrow is the right word for the city streets as almost everywhere in Italy. Only thing I woul have asked is a bigger shower. However, the host is thinking how to solve it. Overall a very good experience at a really fair price!

There was a second floor which was constructed at the roof of the original house, you could reach by using a strange stairecase. The height of the second floor was at most 180 cm, which was very catastrophic, hard to breath, very hot. There was a double bedroom in the kitchen, which was unconfortable. I think the pictures of the flat is miss leading. There is no where in the description which mentions the second floor.

Encantador anfitrión que nos estaba esperando a la llegada y nos dejó todo tipo de dulces para el desayuno y bebidas frias. Las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones muy amplias y la ubicación buena para llegar caminando al centro. El piso está bien pero los baños y el portal necesitan una reforma integral. Ringrazio il sito VRBO che ha professional mente permesso di recensire casa mia in meno di due ore. Siete davvero professionali. Anche se non farei mai una cosa del genere a questo punto se volessi potrei prenotare da tutti i miei competitor farmi rimborsare e recensirli negativamente. Non reputo un atteggiamento corretto da parte di un sito che si definisce leader nel settore mondiale. Gentile signora. La mia è una casa normale con i suoi pregi ed i suoi difetti, purtroppo mio malgrado non ho un hotel a 5 stelle. Non capisco come in così poco tempo sia riuscita a scovare tutti questi difetti………. purtroppo queste sono affermazioni false…. Ed invito il sito VRBO (che pensa soltanto a ritirare diligentemente le sue provvigioni. ) ad appurare la veridicità di quello che ho appena scritto. Le ricordo che i servizi a casa mia erano TUTTI funzionanti. Internet, luce, gas e riscaldamento (climatizzatori ) e lavatrice. La temperatura esterna era di circa 22 gradi, lei diceva di sentire freddo ed il climatizzatore addirittura lo ha messo a 30 gradi e ribadisco perfettamente FUNZIONANTE. Ricordo a VRBO che online sono segnate tutte le temperature di Catania minime e massime; basterebbe una vostra piccola verifica per appurare quello che dico. Le ricordo tanto per essere preciso che non è andata via ….. L’ho prontamente rimborsata…..mi sono preso i suoi bagagli e quelli di suo marito (persona molto cortese che si è scusato profondamente per il suo atteggiamento ) e vi ho accompagnato in un quartiere da lei indicato, consegnando le valigie al successivo proprietario , il tutto a mie spese ed a mia fatica. Probabilmente lei si è inalberata poiché voleva stare più tempo (2 mesi) e la mia collaboratrice le ha prontamente detto che non era possibile poiché la struttura è registrata come casa vacanze. Mi dispiace anche risponderle poiché comprendo che non è colpa sua bensì di un sito che permette di recensire a persone rimborsate e trattate con i guanti di velluto.
