Holiday rentals near WAVE ISLAND

I had a wonderful time in Avignon. A large part of the reason was staying in this classic building in an area that is close to everything, yet feels like a little homely precinct (with few tourists)that you're part of. My room was very cosy as a solo traveller. As to host Fabienne, I can't thank her enough for her kindness and generosity. She helped me when I needed dental assistance and went to great lengths to access it for me. I wil remember my stay with great fondness. pplocale that has few tourists

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the property. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We did need to ask for bath towels as these are not provided. Also a 50 Euro cleaning fee is imposed if you do not perform the cleaning yourself. Overall, a good stay and recommend to others.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and in an excellent location. It was a very quiet area, not far from the Popes Palace, restaurants and shops. There was a very good bakery, little Greek shop and supermarket close by. Frederique was a wonderful host. She was there to greet us on arrival and checked with us each day to see how we were going. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Avignon.

This gîte was the best we have ever stayed in, and we come to France regularly. It was exactly as described and shown in the photos, but even better. It is a beautifully designed house with so many special touches - certainly not just your usual holiday let. The gîte was beautifully clean throughout and felt like a home away from home. We had two wonderful weeks here and were sorry to leave. The accomodation was excellent: The kitchen and dining area led onto the courtyard. Our joy was to come home after a day's touring and enjoy our apéro sitting in the courtyard admiring the view of the cliffs with chateau perched on top. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and even included a Delonghi coffee maker. Downstairs there was a very comfortable and large living room with a view. The two bedrooms (both ensuite) were separated allowing for privacy - ideal if you are couples travelling together. There was even a separate laundry. Both bedrooms had comfortable Queen sized beds and the ensuites were stylish as well as functional. Air conditioning was available on both levels. The location was superb with so many enjoyable day trips from Le Beaucet. Lots of opportunity for walks from here too. The village itself was lovely, with the gîte just inside the ramparts. While the gîte was superb, what made this stay truly special was the welcome we received, and continued to receive, from Catherine the owner. Charming converted farmhouse set in large well manicured gardens with a very inviting swimming pool. A truly delightful property. Ghislaine was very welcoming and prepared magnificent meals served in the magical garden setting. We wanted to take her home wth us. Ghislaine also suggested local itineraries for us. We cannot speak highly enough of Ghislaine, her property, her cooking, her helpfulness.
