We had a lovely time at this property. It had all the comforts we needed and was clean and spacious. We loved having the kitchen and bbq on the balcony, meaning we could cook up a meal so we didnt have to eat out all the time. The hosts were always quick to respond and helpful. The location was great and suited us, with a 2.5km walk (about 30 mins if you have little ones) into the heart of Cairns shops and redtaurants at the marina and lots of playgrounds on the way.

The apartment itself is lovely and well appointed. The laundry machines and big kitchen island are incredibly useful. I had problems with the host billing the wrong credit card even though i told them exactly which card to charge. There were a couple of cockroaches living in the kitchen drawers so i recommend the host clean the kitchen more thoroughly before new guests check in. The shower has great pressure and the AC works great. To get in, you go up a flight of stairs, so not for those with mobility problems. If you need to dispose of recycling you have to talk to the building office manager as there are no recycling bins on site.

We had an amazing time staying at The Green Place. The apartment was gorgeous and the Resort was amazing. So many little touches have been added to the apartment that make it feel so homely.
Only points that I would improve is would be amazing if there was more storage in the bedrooms and kitchen
