We had a great time even though we struck some terrible weather. The property was a great place for us to bunker down and enjoy family time and our own space with two living areas. Carolyn was really communicative and made our stay very easy.

Clean and comfortable, this place was suitable for our writers' retreat because of the large upstairs lounge area with a balcony. Beds were very comfortable and all we needed was provided. (except a small pan and broom). The lock on the first bedroom needs checking, as it jammed once when shut as did the window in the middle bedroom. Although there was heating in the upper area, a unit downstairs would be helpful. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Overall, a pleasant, comfortable stay.

Had a great stay over Easter, with family and friends. Property has thought of everything.great location walking distance to the beach and local shops if need anything.Only down fall was no Wi-Fi. Would highly recommend, this is our second stay at thishouse.

Old school beach apartment looking right out on Horseshoe Bay. An east walk to everything, and most importantly, the ability to walk straight out the front door and down to the beach. Heavenly!

We had a one week family holiday and everything about this property was ideal. The layout of the property was perfect allowing us all to be together and having enough room for a little privacy when needed. We rebooked two days later.
