We enjoyed our stay at this apartment which is located on the ground floor of the main house immensely. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The hosts who we met onsite were incredibly welcoming and considerate. They made genuine efforts to ensure we had everything we needed, genuinely welcoming of children and even gave us freshly baked muffins. Highly recommend.

Patonga Creek is truly a hidden gem—I almost don't want to share it! This property is ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat without sacrificing comfort or amenities. Susie, the host, is wonderful—so welcoming, attentive, and incredibly generous with her home. The thoughtful welcome basket, complete with wine, cheeses, snacks, and treats, really adds a special touch. The only thing I’d suggest is bringing your own watercraft, as a canoe would be perfect for exploring the creek. Fishing from the jetty or the sandy creek bank is absolutely delightful. Highly recommend this peaceful escape

Thanks Heidi for your gracious hospitality. This was a perfect staycation, less than 2 hours away from Sydney but certainly far away from it all. An ideal location to explore the surrounds including trendy Pearl Beach, however I was more than happy to stay put as you really do feel you're the only one around as the house has neighbours only on the one side. The quiet beauty of the environment was truly inspiring, watching the landscape change throughout the day. So make sure you give yourself a few extra days, when you settle in you're likely to want to stay longer and finally read that Great Australian Novel, or maybe even longer still to 'Write' one !

Duplex is beautifully presented, clean and is equipped over and above. Highly recommend this stay, close to everything, with a local amazing cafe in the next street.

Leafy outlook, sunny and spacious this beach vibe apartment has the feel of a house with all the essentials for a perfect escape to the northern beaches. Only 5 minutes walk to Avalon Beach as well as Avalon shops, this little gem is affordable and practical with a very thoughtful host and great attention to detail. There is space and privacy with off street parking and all the things you need - a comfortable bed with soft quality bed linen; great shower, washing machine and sunny clothesline; plenty of cupboard space, a desk with a view of the trees; a smart tv, coffee machines, tea pot and tea and a good sized fridge. The decor and homewares reflect the local beach atmosphere and were delightful. Close enough to Barrenjoey Road for an easy drive to Palm Beach or Whale Beach but far enough away not to hear any traffic noise. It's a short walk to the shops to discover good restaurants and takeaways as well as all the other interesting Avalon retailers. For a couple this is perfect and if you have a family member or close friend visiting who is happy to share the ensuite bathroom, the lounge turns into a queen bed if required. It suited us well with our children visiting. Fiona is a delightful host and thought of everything. The apartment is very clean and airy. We are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend. My wife and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon and it was amazing in every way. The view was beautiful, spa & swimming pool were super clean aswell as the house. The hosts Simon & Sanya prepared everything for us and even surprised us with goodies during our stay. It meant alot to us and we really appreciate it. Would definitely recommend this place!
