Avoca Beach rentals with hot tubs

This house has to be the most luxurios one we have stayed in. Uninterrupted views of the beach, in comfortable surroundings, where all of the small details have been considered. 5 stars.

We really enjoyed our four day stay and appreciated the little extras left for us. The property was comfortable and cosy - perfect for the four of us. Daniel was helpful and easy to contact. Thanks again for a great visit.

The location, size and amenities were perfect for our stay. Really appreciated the ease of communication and access to the property, the extras in the pantry and the chocolates were the cherry on top.Bed was comfortable, great shower and well appointed kitchenette. Had we the opportunity the front entertaining deck with BBQ would have been perfect.

A lovely home with great views to the ocean from both the upstairs and downstairs balconies. A great location close to terrigal and the beach and a bus stop to town just down the road. I can’t fault anything about our stay.

Enjoyed our stay. This is my second time at Avoca Palms and me and my family had a great time. It is a great location, right in the heart of Avoca so you can walk everywhere. My kids loved the pool and games room and used this everyday. Will most likely be back next year.

We really enjoy staying here. The property is perfect for our needs, well located, very clean, good size, with a great feel. It's our third visit. Felicity and Caroline are great, responsive and friendly, which makes for a relaxing experience. Have stayed in plenty of Stayz properties over the years, and this is by far my favourite.

It was a wet week, so we enjoyed the large indoor area, pool/spa. games provided, DVD's etc for young children. This supplemented what we had with us really well.Kitchen had a lot of cooking tools, storage containers, cups etc.There were racks to dry clothes after swimmingThe layout of the house allowed for our 3 families to have space and ample under cover parking and the house area is flat, but in good weather plenty of grassSome of went to a beach for a walk each day and it was not too far and not crowded

Fantastic place to stay! Just a short wander to the beach. The bunk beds were super comfy, even for adults, and the space felt cozy with lovely touches like fresh flowers. Jonathan was incredibly generous, letting us check out later and communication was promt. A hidden highlight is how well the house is set up—a cupboard full of different teas, plenty of herbs, spices, cups, wine glasses, and utensils. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends—100% would book again!
