The house is a classic beach house with loads of character. If you are looking for an authentic (non-condo) holiday stay, this is the place for you. We were a family of 5 and where very comfortable. It is a short 2 min walk to a small beach good for morning dips. There is a good corner shop 5 mins walk away that serves good coffee and snacks. Mama’s Fish House is also 2 mins walk away.

In a quiet neighborhood between Paia and Ho'okipa, the property has multiple living, kitchen and bedroom areas that provide many configuratiosn to suit large groups or families. A short walk to the beach or Mama's Fish Cafe and the local Kuaua store is packed with everything you need.

Highly recommend staying here! Monica was a lovely host, proving lots of information and food / activity recommendations for our stay in Paia. House was great value and good amount of space, with beautiful views to wake up to. The 2 kitchens are a bit quirky, but likely suits some guests. Being right in the heart of Paia, having a few bars, restaurants nearby is handy as well. Kitchen was fairly well equipped and living area accommodated 6 people easily.
Beach straight in front of the house is generally not swimmable, except if you want to navigate a few rocks, however just a short walk to a gorgeous sandy beach. We couldn’t believe the number of turtles ... was lovely.
We didn’t need for much while there but Stacy was incredibly responsive when scheduling, or for anything we may have needed. Think the front gate needs attention as were stuck a few times, but I’m sure she would be on to it since we departed
