Paia house rentals

We really enjoyed our stay at the Paia Family Cottage as the house was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. It is also within walking distance to the centre of Paia town, where there are many lovely little shops, restaurants and cafes. The beach is also within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house is a classic beach house with loads of character. If you are looking for an authentic (non-condo) holiday stay, this is the place for you. We were a family of 5 and where very comfortable. It is a short 2 min walk to a small beach good for morning dips. There is a good corner shop 5 mins walk away that serves good coffee and snacks. Mama’s Fish House is also 2 mins walk away.

Arriving late at night from a flight delayed by 13 hours we weren’t a happy family. A few text exchanges with Darcy the property manager to confirm we would still be arriving - at 2am - helped us feel at ease with such a late arrival. WOW - house was great, beds are fantastic, location to “town” was a 3-5 min walk. We would definitely stay at Paia house again - helped make our holiday a good lifetime memory!!

In a quiet neighborhood between Paia and Ho'okipa, the property has multiple living, kitchen and bedroom areas that provide many configuratiosn to suit large groups or families. A short walk to the beach or Mama's Fish Cafe and the local Kuaua store is packed with everything you need.

Highly recommend staying here! Monica was a lovely host, proving lots of information and food / activity recommendations for our stay in Paia. The house was well equipped, clean and close to all the activities and places we visited. If you're looking for a place to stay in Paia, make it this one. Thanks again!

House was great value and good amount of space, with beautiful views to wake up to. The 2 kitchens are a bit quirky, but likely suits some guests. Being right in the heart of Paia, having a few bars, restaurants nearby is handy as well. Kitchen was fairly well equipped and living area accommodated 6 people easily. Beach straight in front of the house is generally not swimmable, except if you want to navigate a few rocks, however just a short walk to a gorgeous sandy beach. We couldn’t believe the number of turtles ... was lovely. We didn’t need for much while there but Stacy was incredibly responsive when scheduling, or for anything we may have needed. Think the front gate needs attention as were stuck a few times, but I’m sure she would be on to it since we departed Very much recommend to style or group for a holiday
