Point Leo beach rentals

The perfect base for a Mount Martha stay. Great for families. The property is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts are awesome and have thought of everything. From the house it's a 5 minute drive to.South Beach and the village. An excellent property and great value.

Amazing property, amazing communication from the property managers. Close proximity to everything. We ate out every night so didnt need to use the kitchen whivh was a full sized kitchen. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas were fabulous. Balcony was next level with amazing beach view.Will definitely come back again

Luxurious home with great views, stunning sunset, comfortable and relaxing. It felt like home but with better views

We spent a week in a beautiful house with great fascilities. Beautiful pool (unfortunately too cold to swim!), most special tennis court we have ever played on and beautiful reading spots next to a pond or overlooking the valley. Having an extra living area meant the kids were far removed to entertain themselves, whilst the adults could visit with wine and cheese in front of the fireplace. Would highly recommend a visit!

Great property for our short stay given it was perfect for both our dog and ourselves.

Good value, It offered us everything we wanted. Silvana is a super host, very responsive and generous with complimentary treats (Tim Tam, coffee, tea and hot chocolate). Family friendly accommodation, clean, spacious, comfortable bedrooms and lots of games and sport equipments. Close to everything; shops, beach and attractions.

This house is light and spacious and beautifully decorated. Our party of 9 had plenty of lovely spaces to live and play in. The pool is great and provided hours of fun, especially for the kids (and the big kids!) It's really close to the lovely long stretch of Point Leo beach and the kiosk, for good coffee and food. We drove to Balnarring for shopping and dining options and also the Merrick Store just because it's lovely.
