We loved our stay at this house. It's beautifully appointed, with a great indoor/outdoor flow to a stunning tiered garden. The house has everything you need (kitchen is particularly well appointed) and there is lots of room for the whole family to have their own space. We hope to return, and recommend highly to anyone looking.

We had a relaxing weekend.The property was perfect for us.There were three adults and 2children,one aged 8 the other 13.
Easy access to Frankston,Sorrento,Rosebud and Rye.
Even though the weather was overcast it didn’t make a difference.
I would love to book the property again next time I decide to travel to Rye.

This property exceeded all our expectations. Beautifully furnished, well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you could need, comfy beds and good heating plus the amazing hot tub. The property managers were excellent, promptly answering questions and providing suggestions for restaurants etc in the area. We would definitely book with them, and this house, again. Definitely 5 stars.
