The property is well loved and hospitable. Everything felt very easy

Very spacious and well-appointed holiday house, great pool with surrounding deck and plenty of activities for kids as well. Table tennis / pool and table top arcade games. Upstairs living space was large with great views to the beach, with two outside decks: one overlooking the pool, and the other one with barbecue and seating looking towards the water.

We have stayed before and love the house. So much character, beautiful environment, comfy beds, kitchen well stocked, lots of places to sit around the property including the lovely, shaded lawn space under the trees and on the balcony overlooking the gardens.

We booked Bali Hai in Balnarring Beach through Luxico for our family friends from the USA, and they absolutely loved the property. They were even pleasantly surprised with a Christmas tree, as they were staying throughout the Christmas period, which was such a thoughtful touch.The team at Luxico is exceptional, with a high level of professionalism and assisted us with any questions we had before our guests arrived and booking in a linen change and cleaning. Our property manager, Liz, in particular, was a pleasure to work with—she was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist us in resolving an AC issue at the property and checking in on our guests. We would highly recommend both Bali Hai and the Luxico team to anyone looking to stay at Balnarring Beach.

We were delighted to stay at this property. It was a bit retro-modern, with a working garden, including strawberries and chooks! Great coffee machine, towels, linen, relaxed atmosphere, and outlook. across the street, we discovered a large koala sanctuary. Walk to the beach and general store/cafe. This part of Somers is primarily unspoiled by suburban features such as curb and channel and McMansions, due to locals valuing the place's environment, character, and scale.

This house was a pleasure to be in. It is well appointed with everything a family would need and has a lovely warm feel to it. The garden is beautiful, we spent as much time as we could enjoying it and the sound of the ocean which you can hear from the garden. A wonderful home in a beautiful location, along the best part of Somers' beach. Hosts are very welcoming and responsive, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Tranquillo By the Sea will not disappoint. A wonderful (heated) pool, ample space, view of the water, walking distance to the beach and village. All your needs have been predicted and accommodated for - extra linen and towels, a well stocked pantry and freshly mown lawn. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Exceeded our expectations.
