Carlton family rentals

This apartment is clean and fresh, walking distance to the airport Skybus; public transport at Flagstaff stations; Victoria Market; a supermarket and endless restaurants. The location seemed cleaner and safer than other areas of the CBD. The bed is comfy, the shower bliss and the heater worked well. It was great to have a kitchen, a lot more space and was cheaper than a hotel. A very comfortable stay and we would book again on the next visit.

2 adults, 2 kids under 12 shared this wonderful 2 bed/2 bath apartment. The views are fantastic and apartment has all you need for a great stay. Kitchen with saucepans and utensils, microwave and stove/ oven for cooking meals to savs money. Beds were comfortable with rain maker showers, very good. The method and location of getting key unusual but well passed on with photos of location and how to get key. Bit different but works well. There is a beautiful infinity pool on 6th floor, a must do. Owner very responsive with messages i sent. Overall, a great stay in location near theatres, trams, trains (7 min walk to Melbournecentral). Near major hospitals too if you were staying to visit. . The property was spotless, and more spacious than I expected. A great location with public transport, and good options for breakfast and lunch nearby. Very quiet and secure apartment building. Will definitely consider for my next trip to Melbourne!

Great communication with the host / very reassuring. A wonderful property - which gave our family a ‘home base’ very close to Melbourne CBD / Lygon Street, and also ‘residential’ / relaxed with an amazing outdoor area. All the amenities you could wish for. To sit outside each morning in absolute security / peace was relaxing.

Apartment was perfect for what we needed. Location was excellent, great views, very nice and neat. Would definitely stay again!
