Carlton pet-friendly rentals

Thanks very much for a wonderful stay, Property Mums. It was a pleasure.

The beautiful entrance is just the start of this immaculate apartment. The location is second to none and you are surrounded by amazing bars, (I highly recommend trying Bar Ampere in Russell Lane for their delicious food and wine) coffee shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are perfectly sized, with black-out curtains, and very comfortable beds with clean and fresh linen. The bathroom is immaculate, and the water pressure is spot-on. Using the drying function on the washing machine takes patience as the drying time is a lot longer than expected. Sitting on the balcony, the office block across the alleyway provides no privacy during business hours but did note that many of the workers closed their blinds for mutual benefit. In the evening the balcony is the perfect spot for an adult beverage. I will most definitely stay here again.

Great property with good sized rooms and lots of natural light. A big alfresco area outside the kitchen/ living would've been great to use if the weather had allowed it! More outside area off the two bedrooms as well.. The only issue was a substantial leak from the deck onto the living room floor because of the amt of rainfall. Otherwise great.

Fun and a little quirky. We all enjoyed our stay and Belka loved the dog bed.

Convenient location close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was quiet and had everything that we needed for our stay.

2nd time staying in Fitzroy North. Apartment exactly as described. No need to comment further. Very well equipped, modern, clean. 5 mins walk from Fitzroy bars n restaurants. Nice to get out of the city and experience a different side to Melbourne.

Well located in a quiet neighbourhood. Spotlessly clean. Only issue was whilst a parking permit was provided it was difficult to find parking as many non permit holder vehicle occupied the allocated permit holder spots.
