This place is the best! It's in a beautiful part of Rye, close to the back beach - so gorgeous in winter! We were blessed with wonderful weather and enjoyed walks, mini golf and spa sessions in the back yard, and movies in the indoor theatre! Colleen is a fabulous host and made all arrangements so easy for us. The house easily accommodated us all (10 adults & 3 children) with numerous big gathering areas and we wanted for nothing! We loved our stay here - thank you Colleen!

We had a fantastic stay at Kathryn’s place. Very easy to find and check in and check out process was all very easy. Such a great property, perfect location between Sorrento and Portsea (walking distance to Portsea pub), would gladly book again. Very responsive host as well, so would highly recommend :)

This place was clean, it was perfect for us we came to spend time together us a family. The peninsula hot pools are only six minutes away. This little place is a hidden gem.

Honestly can’t fault this house! We have been here as a group 3 times now and we are still welcomed with a smile from the owners. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property so close to ocean grove town center.The house is luxurious with a great vibe and has everything you need for a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool and sitting outside on the wonderful deck. Watching the sunset from the balcony, relaxing in the Egg chairs. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.
