STUDIO CAPEL - a great coastal getaway for 1-3 people, situated 100m from the beach, public transport, cafes and restaurants.
The Capel Foreshore is a multi-award-winning beach with amenities, board walk, bike track and iconic vibrant boatsheds.
Situated in a secluded court on a natural unmade road, the self-contained studio is separate from the main residence, with an open plan containing bedroom, lounge, fully equipped kitchenette and ensuite.
Enjoy undercover parking, free wifi, aircon/heating, TV/DVD, BBQ and outdoor spa on request (daily 2 hour limit).
Sleep in a QS or daybed with all linen and towels provided.
Visit our popular markets, swim with the dolphins, go horse riding, pick berries at Rocky Creek Strawberry Farm, lose yourself in Australia's oldest maze, ride high over Arthurs Seat on the Eagle Gondola, or visit the Peninsula's most rewarding experience - the Hot Springs! Great location, hidden away - so you feel very safe.

First time to the area and this was so close to everything we wanted to experience. Shopping centre down the road, great garden centre within 10 min drive and peninsula hot springs not far away. Loved the cottage - very well appointed and private and the hot tub was a bonus.

Great location, everything you need

The check in process was super easy, the property is neat as a pin and has all the amenities you need. The courtyard is a nice space to spend time in and there are plenty of cafes close by within walking distance

Great location

I just wanted a short getaway for a bit of a rest. Studio Capel was central to the wineries, beach and cafes and resturants. I loved it and capped of the day with a walk along the beach. The Studio was lovely and comfortable aand quiet. Great stay.

Studio Capel is a hidden gem! We only had to walk to get to the beach and local restaurants. And Kerry was a great host ensuring we had everything we needed for the perfect getaway.

Peninsula Recharge

Studio Capel (and wonderful host, Kerrie) is the perfect location for a couple of days taking in the best of the Mornington Peninsula. Located just 100 metres or so from the beach for a leisurely morning stroll and Polperro Winery, Cape Schank Lighthouse, Peninsula Hot Springs are all within an easy drive. Highly recommended!

Amazing little getaway home

It was me and my partners first get away together and this place was amazing. The property was very clean and very welcoming which includes everything you need for a holiday. The outside area is so spacious and the jacuzzi was perfect from the temperature to the cleanliness of it. Usually the bedding is a major factor when booking holidays but their bed is so comfortable and not harsh on your neck or back. Overall such a great small place to stay for a holiday get away with you friends, family, and partner. 10/10

Beautiful and relaxing!

My wife and I had an excellent time staying at studio Capel for my Birthday weekend. Kerry our host was very accomodating and friendly and made sure all of our needs were met. The spa is amazing! The layout of the studio was very neat and clean with the perfect beach vibe and all the little extras around the place were very thoughtful and made us feel very welcome. We also appreciated the privacy we were awarded in this beautiful place’s design. 5 stars!

Hidden gem amongst the tress.

We came down to Rosebud for our 10 year wedding anniversary.. spent time at Alba hotsprings and retreated back for 2 nights to this little gem. We had the most amazing weekend alway without the kids... thank you for your lovely little studio.. it had everything we needed and very cosy spot close to everything you need. We hope to be back to visit soon. Rod & Steph.

Absolutely perfect

No wonder this place has so many good reviews! I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful little studio. All the amenities included as well as the extra trimmings such as chocolates, biscuits, tea, coffee and milk. The property is private and perfect both inside and outside. I had the pleasure to meet the owners and Kerry is lovely and very accommodating. Exceptionally good value for money and I will definitely be returning.
