A perfect weekend getaway location. We specifically chose this gorgeous cottage for its proximity to the Merricks Store where we attended a wedding. It was as close as you can get, in easy walking distance. We were delighted with the cottage- it was cosy and warm (on a cold weekend). Lynda was very welcoming and responsive. The bed was extremely comfortable and all facilities were excellent. It is a great place for a girls weekend, with two lovely bedrooms.

The property was as described. Old versus new, with the two blending together. Fantastic, peaceful beach location a short drive into Balnarring. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay. Our host was fabulous, very easy to liaise with. The property was perfect, lots of room, clean and quiet. The location was excellent - just across the road from the beach. We didnât want to leave, and will be back another time.

We had a great stay, the house was in a great location, lots of space to relax and was well equipped. We didnât realise that the bunk room doesnât connect to the living areas via an indoor corridor. Wasnât an issue as the kids could come out the other bedroom via the sliding door into the deck if needed at night.

There was some dust about on the chest and outside and some confusion about our arrival but solved very quickly.
Felt the owners need to get rid of timer rot on external stairs and upgrade seating.
