A short stroll from the Merricks General Store, this homely three-bedroom farmhouse oozes cottage charm and comfort for couples and families looking to enjoy country living. The back garden is a sun-trap, with ample outdoor furniture, and a large oak tree shading the sizeable garden also hosts a couple of swings. Inside, soft furnishings and 1920s features, including ornate ceilings and an open fireplace. Stroll along the rail trail between Merricks and Red Hill or some coastal clambering along the basalt rocks of Cape Schanck and the nearby lighthouse.
