Clean and well equiped. Great view through the trees down to the beach and breakwater. These are also easy to access via nearby steps. Nice cafe just down the hill. All up pretty good!

We picked Genie House for our stay so we could bring our dog along for a family wedding. The Genie House is conveniently located walking distance to town and everything Byron has to offer. Jeannie was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

This is a lovely small apartment nestled in a pretty garden. A good place to return to at the end of a busy day. Very calm and relaxing. Philippa was a very welcoming host.

Beautiful property to say least and the house is huge!
The top level has an amazing kitchen, huge lounge area with very comfortable and practical furniture, outdoor area with lovely furniture and bean bags, massive balcony, pool, BBQ area, 2 x master bedrooms with ensuites.
Downstairs is a whole other house almost. With a well equipped kitchenette, another massive lounge room and another 2 bedrooms with a seperate bathroom between the 2 rooms, but not interconnected which is perfect for teenagers.
You could have a large family of 6-8 or 2 x families of 4 stay there and be very comfortable and happy,
The lower lever opens up onto a beautiful grassed area over looking the bush land.
The host/owners are incredible and respond to any questions very quickly and are very accommodating especially if you have little dog like we do and the upper level is fully fenced enclosed for you little doggie family member.
We will back very soon! Loved, loved it.
Only thing I can say is that there is powder room so if you have visitors they will need to use one of the ensuites which was not a problem for us as we are not that precious.
Very close to the beach too and everything 😊
