A wonderful beach base for family and pets!!

This house was spacious, well appointed and clean. The outdoor area was well used for eating, playing and swimming. Overall a great experience.

Well situated, great amenities. Swimming pool a bonus, kids floaties and toys an unexpected extra. Smart TVs, Sonos sound system. Well laid out floorplan. Would recommend to families.

Beautiful accommodation with all the perfect touches. Bell tent and fite pit was epic. 10/10 all the way.

We travelled to Moffat beach with the family. 2 Adults, 3 teensThe house is a short walk to the most beautiful beach. It is a lovely older beach house which is clean and the owner/manager has provided everything you could possibly need. There is a lovely grocer, 7 eleven, bakery, fish and chips, cafes and even a small brewery a couple of blocks walk away. The walk around the coast there is stunning and there are walking paths in both directions along the coast which go forever. It is also a short walk to go and have a fish.The fish and chip shop has the best fish and calamari, so fresh and delicious. My fish loving Hubble said it was the best fish he’d had in years (he had the pearl perch)The beds in the house were super comfortable and all line was provided. There is a lovely balcony to sit and relax on looking over lovely trees. The walk to the beach is lovely along the creek with a beautiful, tree lined track and board walk. The house is nicely furnished wit relaxing lighting too which is wellConsidered for winding down in the eveningsOverall it was a really lovely stay and we’ll be back

We stayed as a small family unit (parents, 11yr old, grandmother and 2 small dogs). The house was the perfect size giving everyone the space needed. The bedrooms were a wonderful size. Two tvs was super helpful. A full contained back yard was piece of mind for the small dogs. Use of full garage was wonderful as was able tonpark the jetski and have it housed out of the way when not using it. Full kitchen had everything you needed. We loved the location and jogged or walked daily to the dog beach, enjoyed a coffee at the coffee van and watched the whales play. If visiting Dicky Beach again, i would book here again for sure. Lovely quiet neighbourhood.The owners were great to chat with and very accommodating. Have very fond memories of our time spent here.
