Family Friendly Beach House: Short stroll to beach

There is plenty of space for families at this beautiful pet friendly property just a short stroll to Ballinger Beach. It's a 3 bedroom home with bunk beds for the kids and a spa bath in the main bedroom's ensuite. Enjoy outdoor dining on a sprawling patio with a grassy backyard ideal for games. There is also a rumpus room with a ping pong table, a cosy living room and an inviting kitchen and dining area perfect for nights in. Currimundi Lake and Dicky beach are both within walking distance.

The space
Set across one floor, this is a sprawling house with three bedrooms, including a parents’ retreat with an ensuite and romantic spa bath plus a kids’ room with bunkbeds and books and games to keep them busy all day. It’s a great space for relaxation and recreation. It has a rumpus room with a ping pong table, plenty of games, a cricket set and boogie boards. There is a grassy backyard, comfortable living room with smart TV and a relaxed outdoor dining with BBQ to enjoy those casual afternoons with the sea breeze. It also has two bathrooms, a separate toilet and complete laundry facilities to make a home away from home.

For children we have a wonderful variety of games and books for all ages. We have monopoly, uno, puzzles, chess and many many more. I’m sure they won’t be disappointed. We also have a portacot, high chair and children specific plates, cup, bowls and cutlery.

We have a large back garden fully fenced perfect to bring your pooch with you. There is a relaxing patio area with a large stretched outdoor table perfect to enjoy the cool afternoon breezes whilst the BBQ is cooking away. Afternoons could also be spent in the games room having ping pong tournaments whilst the younger ones play their games or do some chalk drawing on the never ending driveway.

Points of Interests
- Ballinger Beach, the best dog off leash beach right out your doorstep. Just two streets away. This isn’t patrolled so it’s just to enjoy a splash around in.

- Or take a walk along the boardwalk to Currimundi lake, where it’s a family’s paradise. Float down the lake on your boogie board and grab some waves out on the beach front then relax with some live music on the grassed areas. Buy some dinner or take your own picnic or BBQ, the choices are endless.

- The very family-friendly Currimundi Hotel is just at the end of the street. Only 2 mins to walk there, it’s such a relaxing night for the family after a big day of swimming and playing.

- Dicky beach is only a few minutes drive or a nice walk. One of the best family friendly patrolled beaches that isn’t as busy as the others. A small beach that has a creek flowing into it for those that have the children that are still learning to love the big waves.

Our beach home is in the perfect location situated between Currimundi Lake and the sprawling array of never ending beaches to explore. Take a walk from the house and head south, first stop is Dicky Beach with my favourite coffee shop 'Between the flags', continue the waterfront boardwalk through to Moffat Beach, with endless cafes and parks, next comes the hideaway Shelly Beach and then on to the headland towards Kings Beach where there can even be some amazing whale watching. If walking isn't your preference take your bike and make it as short and casual as you like. With Currimundi Hotel and a little convenience store just at the end of the street there is no need to take the car anywhere once you get here.
