Sandy Point pet-friendly rentals

We had a lovely stay at Shearwater, it's a beautiful property and is well fitted out with everything you need. Safe and fun for kids, too, with a fence on the stairs and toys that our toddler loved rummaging in. We loved the area and want to go back because there is so much to see. The house was a bit more drive in and out, but probably more accessible walking if you're with mostly adults or older kids. We were there in winter so a lot was closed for the season, but we didn't mind, we were looking for a getaway and lots of puzzles and Catan rounds by the fire were enjoyed after windy beach walks. We loved our stay at 'The Lookout' and would definitely return. It was extremely well equipped (although we couldn't find the iron?) and even had some linen (a bath mat and tea towels). The only thing that we missed compared to other homes we've stayed at in Sandy would be a dryer. The main 'home' has no blinds or curtains, so be warned - you'll be up at the crack of dawn (unless you're an excellent sleeper). Our two small dachshunds enjoyed the facilities, too. We blocked off the access to the stairs for them using an esky. We're hoping to return to 'The Lookout' again soon!

This was a great house, perfect for a group of friends over a weekend. The house had everything we needed and perfectly matched the beachside getaway we were after.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful home with all the amenities you need. The view was an awesome bonus too!

We stayed for a long weekend with friends and family and while we didn't see much sunshine the house is so light and bright and comfortable for watching the weather pass. All the essentials and a great IGA 20 mine away. Wish we could have stayed a week. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with guests.

I stayed at Woodland Mirth with my bridal party prior to my wedding at Gurneys Cider. The house was fantastic & loved by all. Although close to the road, it is private & secluded. The gardens provided many opportunities for pre wedding photo shoots. Will look to hire again.
