Waratah Bay beach rentals

We had a lovely stay at Shearwater, it's a beautiful property and is well fitted out with everything you need. Safe and fun for kids, too, with a fence on the stairs and toys that our toddler loved rummaging in. We loved the area and want to go back because there is so much to see. The house was a bit more drive in and out, but probably more accessible walking if you're with mostly adults or older kids. We were there in winter so a lot was closed for the season, but we didn't mind, we were looking for a getaway and lots of puzzles and Catan rounds by the fire were enjoyed after windy beach walks. Thank you for having us!

Wamoon Retreat was absolutely perfect, we loved our stay! Our family had given up trying to get accommodation at Tidal River during busy periods and so we found this beautiful place instead and so happy we did. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and all of the linen was quality, crisp and fresh.The living area was great for the family to relax after a big day hiking, watch the tv, and have an amazing view to look out upon. Around the corner, we visited the pizza restaurant for dinner and it was great. The general store was also extremely handy, had a great selection and reasonably priced.The hosts were very thoughtful and made everything easy. Treat yourself and stay here! We would highly recommend to everyone! Thanks so much for our Stay.

Aside from the property being stunning inside and out, Judy was also incredibly communicative and flexible (we were chaotic guests!). She was so friendly and totally brightened our morning. Thank you so much Judy!

The house is in a lovely location with a sheltered verandah. We were there for a girls get together and the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. Lovely bathroom with separate toilet. All the rooms are spacious and the house was very clean. Jamie and Judy the property managers were very helpful when the wild storm on 2 September swept through and we lost power. Rather than try to drive home, we were able to stay an additional night, with no fuss. Would definitely book this property again. Thank you

Beautiful views and tranquil surroundings. The local sheep and bunnies hopping around. Everything was as described. Thanks for letting us stay in this beautiful part of Victoria ☀️

We loved our stay at 'The Lookout' and would definitely return. It was extremely well equipped (although we couldn't find the iron?) and even had some linen (a bath mat and tea towels). The only thing that we missed compared to other homes we've stayed at in Sandy would be a dryer. The main 'home' has no blinds or curtains, so be warned - you'll be up at the crack of dawn (unless you're an excellent sleeper). Our two small dachshunds enjoyed the facilities, too. We blocked off the access to the stairs for them using an esky. We're hoping to return to 'The Lookout' again soon!

We had a lovely time with our three kids at this property. The layout worked well for the kids and the proximity to the beach was a real plus.
