Perth Central Business District rentals with pool

Property was exactly as pictured - clean, well presented and equipped with everything we needed for a 10 night stay. Basic kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, oil, cling film, baking paper, etc. were in the cupboards, as well as a small supply of tea bags and coffee pods. My only wish was to be able to top up the pods while we were there (Nespresso Vertuo capsules not available in supermarkets). Laundry powder also supplied - facilities were excellent, especially with a long stay. Beds were extremely comfortable and warm, which was great given the cold nights during our stay. Apartment is located in a good spot, within a half hour walk of most attractions in Perth and a short drive to others (basement parking spot included). The CAT bus stop is just up the street too. Some delicious food options close by - highly recommended Maruzella on Bennett St, as well as the take away pizzas from Pizza on Bennett. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Outstanding. Our hosts were extremely efficient in all ways; communication, unit presentation and cleanliness, parking included ( a high priority if you have a car). The location was ideal for us as we were travelling to sporting grounds, and then an easy 20m walk into city. Very happy and would definitely rebook if we were to come back to Perth

Great apartment in the city area. We used the pool and gym and loved the morning walks along the river. Very central to everything . The Cafe was so handy and walking distance to restaurants for dinner.

Came over from Brisbane to surprise a family friend for her 90th Birthday. Needed a 2 bedroom & 2 x bathroom which are hard to come by for only 2 nights. Brina was easy to communicate with & we arrived late in the evening so was an easy self checkin. Accommodation was in an excellent position so easy to get around & caught the train down to Mandurah

The apartment was very clean, and we had everything that we needed and more. The utensils were clean and functional... small things like a couple of shopping bags in the pantry were a really nice surprise and very thoughtful. The location was great, and despite the building being on a major road, close to the city, it was quiet. Fantastic instructions regarding the check-in process made it simple to access the apartment. Would recommend this place for a family to stay.

Was a little bit confused with the linen set up. I had asked for spare bed to be made. So l used own linen Otherwise stay was grest thank you ,perfect lications for young ones.
