Located on the door step of Perth CBD next to the famous Jacobs Ladder, Convention Centre, Elizabeth Quay, UWA and Mount Hospital. Guests have free access to all of the recreational amenities of Mounts Bay Waters, completely surrounded by Australian nature: the Indian Ocean on one side and the Australian outback on the other.

From the airport to your apartment, you've got a couple of options: the quickest way is by taxi or Uber, aprx 25 mins to reach the CBD, & costs roughly $50 AUD. Otherwise you can hop on the Transperth Airport Connect bus, which takes you to the CBD in aprx 40 mins & costs around $10 AUD pp (then either walk or taxi/Uber to the apartment).
Once you've settled in, get out & explore - super close to the heart of the city and the beautiful Swan River. You'll find yourself within walking distance (or a short public transport ride away) from some awesome sights and activities - Elisabeth Quay, the Perth Mint, shopping, restaurants/cafes, ferry across the river to South Perth, trains north to Joondalup or south to Fremantle.
Just a hop, skip, and a jump away from your apartment is Kings Park and Botanic Garden, one of the largest inner-city parks in the world! Aprx 2kms walk from our apartment, spend the day exploring the lush greenery, native flora, and stunning views of the city skyline and river.
If you're up for a bit of culture, why not check out the Art Gallery of Western Australia? It's located in the Perth Cultural Centre, which is about 3 kilometers from Mounts Bay Road. You can admire a diverse collection of local and international art, and best of all, admission is free!
Feeling hungry? There are plenty of dining options nearby. Head over to Elizabeth Quay, which is about 1.5 kilometers away, and grab a bite to eat at one of the waterfront restaurants or cafes. It's a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Swan River.
And of course, no trip to Perth would be complete without spending some time at the beach! Cottesloe Beach is just a short 15-minute drive (aprx 8km), or take the train and walk. Soak up the sun, take a dip in the crystal waters, and maybe even catch a stunning sunset over the Indian Ocean.

The property was clean, well maintained and in a convenient location. The property was completely self sufficient. I was able to walk to some of the best restaurants and the 50mt stair climb to Kings Park which was only 100mts away was great for both adventurers and exercise enthusiasts. Would stay there again.
