Ascot Vale rentals with pool

The location was ideal for us. The views from the balcony were great.

Martins apartment was perfect for our stay while attending an exhibition at the Showgrounds. Easy walk to Showgrounds, restaurants, shops, river trails. Communication was always prompt - apartment was clean, comfortable bed, good shower and amazingly well equipped. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

Bad check in and out

Friendly, courteous staff, extremely helpful. Check in was simple. Room was spotless with good amenities. Close to Racetracks and Mooney Ponds CBD was only 3 minutes walk with plenty of great restaurants. Great little breakfast and coffe cafe with 50 metres of accommodation. Tram and train lines close by and only $20 cab fair to city.

Nothing major to fault this hotel. Beautifully decorated and adequately equipped. Way above other serviced apartments we've been in. 22 storeys high but hotel on the first two floors. The rest is just residential. So nice that we're applying to lease one of the apartments upstairs. Minor cons: whistling sound when you close the front door and the balcony. Easily fixed by leaving the balcony a crack open. A tea towel or two and some foil paper would be nice. Can be very noisy out on the balcony due to traffic

The main issue we had was the incorrect direction to enter the building. The online instruction was to enter through Homer Street. After searching for that in the rain, and attempting other entrances, we spoke to a resident who advised us to try Hall Street entrance. Finally we were in, although wet from the wind and rain, and not happy. The location to collect the key was not easy as we had no transport other than Uber. To return the key to this location on check out was impossible as it opens at 8am while we had to leave the accommodation before that. I corresponded with Stayz on not being able to return the key, locking the apartment on departure and placing the key in the mail box in the mail room. We left a note for the cleaner with this information.

Brum's place was very special. Lots of zen like ornaments, beautiful homewares, very artistic and beautiful nature surrounds the property. We loved the house and the pool was great to have a splash. The house was perfect for our group of 9, beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms so everyone is catered for. Viv is an amazing host and I'll definitely be returning. Thanks for everything Viv. You're a legend :)

Very impressed with the apartment we stayed in and it provided us with all what we needed.Add to that that the views of the Melb skyline was spectacular.Even left a couple beers in the fridge for you:-)We will be back!
