Great Stay

We stayed in this property while our house was being renovated and it was great. It is a clean apartment with great city views. Martin was a great host who was very responsive during the stay for any questions we had.

Perfect for our needs

Martins apartment was perfect for our stay while attending an exhibition at the Showgrounds. Easy walk to Showgrounds, restaurants, shops, river trails. Communication was always prompt - apartment was clean, comfortable bed, good shower and amazingly well equipped. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

Everything was great except the check in and check out process. Had to pick up and drop off key from a supermarket which wasn't within walking distance (with luggage). Would be much better if they left keys with one of the two receptions in the building or installed a key lock like most places.

Very clean and modern apartment with amazing views of the city. Excellent for families, public transport at the door and walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Excellent communication with owner. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again when in Melb.
