Smiths Beach rentals with pool

A great place to stay at with either your friends or family, lots of fun in the games room and pool with plenty of room to relax around the house. Great area too! Betty is great with communication and is always ready to help!

The house, undercover area and spa/pool were great. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped. We paid extra for towels and linen which seems to be something that happens these days. Not a fan of that system. When we got there it had not been supplied. The agent was easily contacted and the items were supplied after a bit of a panic late in the day. We had a nice holiday with our grandkids. Would recommend this house.

Massive house, highlight for us and the reason we chose this property was the pool and hot tub. Perfect location to enjoy time together and not far if wanting the beach or a dinner out.Our next stay will be longer

Perfect location, well within walking distance of beach and town. The townhouse itself was exceptionally clean, well maintained, organized, and secure. A great place to stay.

Outstanding property that is perfect for big family events or getting a bunch of mates together. We planned lots of trips to the beach, restaurants, etc.. but cancelled all that once we got there because we did not want to leave. The lagoon is better than any beach, river, lake you can visit with no other public ! The kitchen is huge so we took turns cooking. I have never stayed in a place with some much to do and so much room to do it. We had an infant of 5 weeks, kids from 10-16, Adults in their 30's, 50's, 60's and 70's and all loved it. Pool Table, Dart Board, Table Tennis, Full Gym, Hot Spa, Awesome swimming. It really had it all. We had great weather but we kind of wished it was cold and wet so we could use the fire place. Will have to go back in winter. Highly recommend this place, the pictures don't do it justice.

I highly recommend this property, the owners have not missed a thing to accomodate your stay. Beautiful layout and very clean home. We will definitely book here again.

This is the my second stay at this terrific house this year and it was just as fabulous as the first! Newhaven and the Island have so much to offer and explore even at this wintery time of the year, with the comforting thought of returning to a warm spa and house with its fabulous views over the marina. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and there is a large choice of games, including table tennis, to entertain guests who aren’t quite ready to sit down with a book or stare at the ever changing view. Communication with our host was easy and many thanks to her for our wonderful stay. Can’t wait for my next visit!
