Austria resort rentals

The location was great. The bed was getting a bit old and had a bit of an indent were previous people had slept so with the bed being made up of 2 separate beds together it made it a little strange with a hill in the middle. The lighting needs some improvements as packing and looking through bags was difficult in the low light. Housekeeping need to be a little more vigilant as we ran out of soap in the liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom and almost ran out of toilet paper promoting a call to the front desk.

Beautiful and clean. Very close to the central train station. Courteous, helpful and friendly staff.

We have travelled a fair bit and this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We booked the least expensive type of room and it was large with a separate entrance with dining area, kitchen, large bathroom and combined bedroom/sitting area with desk, chairs and a sofa. There was good wifi and the room was soundproofed and had airconditioning. The hotel is located in a quite street away from the main tourist areas but only a couple of minutes walk to Stephanplatz and close to several Billa supermarkets so we could self-cater some of the time. We walked to most places and really enjoyed our stay. On checking out we received a jar of honey that came from the beehives on the roof! Have absolutely no hestiation recommending this hotel.

Premium apartment with an excellent management team. They provide clear and concise instructions for check in and for the use of the apartment facilities. The apartment is walkable to most major attractions in Vienna.

Firstly the staff were so friendly and helpful. Gave us great recommendations, where to eat, what to see. So very helpful. Hotel was beautiful. Spacious, clean and very modern. One of the nicests rooms I have stayed in, in Europe. Locations is good, not to far from Stephanplatz (town center). Very quiet hotel. No traffic or people noise. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.
