Mooie plek, mooie baaitjes geen massa toerisme

De woning ligt op een handige plek, lopend naar 2 mooie baaitjes (20 min) en 5 minuten met de auto naar twee strandbarretjes. De omgeving kenmerkt zich door een relatieve kleinschaligheid. Zelf vonden wij Sveta Marina het leukst. Labin is natuurlijk ook een must see stadje.

Groot appartement met mooie veranda en heerlijk zwembad. Helaas geen airco dus met deze hitte behoorlijk warm. In de basis een ok appartement maar op bepaalde punten wel erg gedateerd. Een goede opknapbeurt zou niet misstaan. Contact met de aardige verhuurder verloopt prima!

Wohnen mit kroatischem Charme der 90 iger

Corona bedingt und der Situation des Vermieters betrachtet ist sicherlich einiges zu tun. Aber das wussten wir, da uns die Gegend nicht fremd ist. Die Ansprüche eines jeden sind individuell unterschiedlich. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und hatten eine ruhige Auszeit. Als wir kamen war alles tip top geputzt, zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber man kann sich wunderbar arrangieren. Wer Luxus mag, muss halt nochmals tiefer in die Tasche greifen. Der Poolservice war da um nach dem rechten zu sehen. Ansonsten hatten wir absolut ungestörte Ruhe. Ich denke mit etwas Eigenleistung, kann man viel positiv noch verbessern. Aber wir sind im Urlaub.. Und da auch mal ganz bewusst nicht verwöhnt als sonst.... Rucksack Asienreisende. Ein Dank an Erwin und seine Hausverwalter.
