Beautiful semi-detached house "Villa Prisedi", 2 storeys. In a quiet, sunny position, 1.2 km from the sea, 1.2 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 950 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool (33 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 11.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 16 km, restaurant 1 km, café 2 km, bus stop 10 km, pebble beach 1.2 km, rocky beach 1.2 km, diving center 5 km. Tennis 10 km, riding stable 8 km, walking paths from the house 30 m, cycle lane 80 m. Nearby attractions: adventure park 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the heating (extra) is required.

Schönes Haus

Ein sehr schönes großes gepflegtes Haus mit großem Pool, Tischtennis Platte und Tischkicker. Mann hat dort seine Ruhe da es etwas abgelegen ist. Für uns war das toll und sehr angenehm. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es eine schöne Badestelle. Man kann mit dem Auto Vorfahren. Auch ein kleiner Konzum befindet sich im Dorf. Ein sehr netter Vermieter 👍alles verlief ohne Probleme.

Wir verbrachten im Familienkreis mit acht Personen im Alter von 8 bis 61 Jahren zwei sehr schöne Ferienwochen dort, die Villa Prisedi erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen. Eine perfektes Feriendomizil. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuverlässig und kann mit vielen Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung zu einem gelungenen Aufenthalt in Istrien beitragen.

Traumhafte Villa

Die Villa ist ein Traum, es fehlt an nix . Es wurde an alles gedacht . Drumherum viel Wald zum spazieren gehen. Viele wunderschöne versteckte Buchten . Ausflug Möglichkeiten. Die absolute allein Lage ist für Menschen die Ruhe suche genau das richtige. Unsere Hunde hatten sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist ein ganz toller , hilfsbereiter junger Mann. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Top-Ferienhaus mit netten Vermieter und toller Ausstattung

Wir waren eine Woche dort im August 2021. Die Ausstattung ist top. Alles da was man braucht. Das Außengelände ist sehr gepflegt und eingezäunt. Unser Hund hatte dort einen tollen Auslauf und konnte nicht weg. Auch der Vermieter war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir konnten auch schon früher einchecken, er war während der ganzen Zeit immer erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und Gastgeschenke gab es ebenso. Das Haus ist unweit von Rakalj, aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto bietet sich aber an um zum Strand zu kommen. Also wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist wunderschön in der Natur gelegen und der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles ist sauber und gut gepflegt. Einzig das Meer ist etwas weiter weg als beschrieben. Als Tipp: Koordinaten verwenden für die Anreise.

sehr schönes Objekt, etwas abgeschieden, toller Vermieter

Top ausgestattet ( Netflix, Playstation, Dart, TT, Kicker) auch die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich bemüht und nimmt die COVID 19 Schutzmaßnahmen sehr ernst. Nur die Zufahrt ist eine Zumutung. Die Steinfabrik links liegen lassen und über eine sehr schlechte Schotterstrasse weiter geradeaus , erst nach ewiger Zeit kommen zwei Ferienhäuser .

Rundum traumhafter Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit wunderschöner Außenanlage. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Nähe befindet sich eine wunderschöne Bucht, welche mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar ist. Die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man im Urlaub für sich sein möchte.
