New Deluxe Villa Via Lactea/Infinity, panoramic sea views, private heated pool.
Experience ultimate relaxation in the sub-tropical garden and Infinity heated 27-degree private pool of our recently refurbished deluxe villa. Situated on the lower slopes of Mount Gaida volcano in the village of La Asomada, the villa offers breathtaking views and 120 MB high-speed internet/wifi. With a prime location on the south/east coast, you'll experience sunshine from sun rise to sun set. The traditional Canarias style home with original lava rock walls has been awarded the Tourist Board's special certified license CR-35-3-0000026 for a traditional rustic style property and granted a special license to officially accommodate guests for tourism.
It's important to note that the villa is perfect for 2 adult guests in one bedroom, and the +1 child up to 18 years can be accommodated on foldaway beds in the lounge at no extra cost, including all bedding. A separate bathroom is provided, and for the extra 1 guests, beds that are 180 cm long x 80 cm wide with thick mattresses are available. The villa includes high-speed 120 fiber optic main connection.

It was just the perfect project to restyle, refurbish, and enhance into a very unique space where guests would feel at home in these idyllic surroundings with a sense that you're in a 'secret getaway' from all the hustle and bustle. It's because you're in a privileged setting for that laid-back tranquil 'Lanzarote experience' with total tranquility and no main roads or noisy neighbors."
The interiors have been designed by a well-known local interior designer to enhance the Canarian ambiance, while adding a contemporary touch. The exteriors and pool have been designed by a specialist historic landscape architect and spreads over 375 sqm (4000 sqf) of garden terraces and sun-shaded chill-out areas, including mature gardens with subtropical plants/palms. The private Infinity swimming pool is 300 cm wide x 550 cm long and 130 cm to 170 cm deep, heated to a 'guaranteed 27 C' from the 27th of Sept, winter/autumn/spring until the end of June, with an electric heat pump and includes a thick thermo pool cover. If the weather has a cold spell in the summer, heating for the pool will be switched on. Other features include a covered lounge terrace, a large L-shaped garden sofa/daybed with a coffee table, subdued LED garden and overhead lighting, a wind-protected sunbathing terrace with sun-loungers and designer sunshades, rustling palm trees, and wild nesting native birds overlooking the extensive 8 km coastline and towards the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura.
A professional lava stone barbecue (Gas fired) gives a unique BBQ flavored food on the special lowering griddle for optimal cooking conditions. The villa also includes full latest quality heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge.
The "Le chefs" fitted kitchen is designed with large picture windows, lush garden/pool, and sea views, with complete fully equipped quality equipment for your creative cuisine dining experience. It includes an Italian semi-professional fully automatic coffee machine for your instant lattes and expressos with a "one-touch" operation and supplied with a full hopper of 100% high roast Arabica coffee beans.
The bedroom is equipped with a 32" internet TV, a fitted safe, and a queen-sized bed, a fitted double wardrobe with drawers, and a hotel-grade luxury mattress for that "just right" amount of firmness, plus an en-suite bathroom in two parts. The full-sized bath area (discovered behind a wall)is in its own original lava stone room with a large skylight with opening, while the other part is tiled with Italian tiles and includes a wash-hand basin and oak cabinet, an illuminated vanity mirror with a full LED wall mirror, and a designer silent flush toilet.
Our new lounge/shower room with a 32" HD smart TV, full UK Sky subscription, programme package for the latest box office movies, documentaries, soaps, and the very latest from the US and UK networks like Netflix, and all live Sky TV from the above countries. There is private parking onsite, a 2-minute walk to the villa.

La Asomada, is a privileged village of Lanzarote, and as we wanted to continue in the hospitality business as we found that this established villa (with a full tourist licence) that had been operating for over 20 years as a traditional style villa rental, and we found it perfect to renovate and upgrade the villa and subtropical garden during 9 months, finishing at the end of December 2018.
