Villa sleeps 6 people and 3 babies.
This villa is located in La Asomada, a lovely quiet rural village near the coast, in the south of Lanzarote. From this villa you can enjoy stunning and fantastic sea views and great scenery. It's almost like watching a postcard.
It is only a 5 minute drive from Puerto del Carmen, the largest resort on Lanzarote, with a lot of beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops, pubs, and other commercial centers.
Puerto Calero is another interesting point, which is also a 5 minute drive from the villa. Puerto Calero is a wonderful luxury marina with good restaurants and shops, yachts and sea views.
This villa has an excellent location. It is close to most tourist attractions as 'Mountain of Fire', 'La Geria', Puerto Calero, Puerto del Carmen, etc.
The strategic location of The Villa, in combination with its architecture make it an excellent place to enjoy a holiday with family, friends or both. Just as a romantic place.
The Asomada is a very small village with a population of less than 1. 000. It is a very quiet town, where you can enjoy a glass of wine from your balcony overlooking nearly half of the island and the neighboring island of Fuerteventura, with the sound of nature.
You can also enjoy a few sunsets and unique and wonderful sun.
This villa is located on the east side of La Asomada, but very private, is also surrounded by local, warm and friendly neighbors.

ABOUT ATLANTIS IN VILLA:
This villa was built in 3 levels low levels.
In the first level, there is a large entrance to the house, furnished room with plasma TV, satellite private and public channels, and radio / cd. On the left is a bedroom with 2 single beds (90), fitted wardrobes, a desk with a computer available and free Internet. On the right side of the hall is the master bedroom - Suitel also equipped with plasma TV, radio / cd, DVD, bathroom and a private dressing room with a large closet.
These 3 rooms have sea views and great scenery as well as from the dining room and kitchen.
At the top is a large, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.), with a separate room used as storage.
Going down 2 steps (2nd level), is the dining room, a double bedroom (overlooking the garden and pool) and the main bathroom. In one corner of the room there is an indoor garden.
On the outside of the house.
Leaving the house in front of her is a large terrace with a small garden and outdoor seating. There is also a pool terrace with hammocks, where one party has a pergola roof and a small table and chairs.
The house is surrounded by gardens. On the terrace between the pool and the entrance is a cozy corner with a table for 7 people with chairs and a seat with integrated concrete roof to enjoy a barbecue or a drink with the same magnificent views of the sea and landscape.
Overall, this villa is actually an ideal charming, nice and comfortable holiday.

Perfect Villa Getaway

This was the perfect location and setup for a 10-day getaway on Lanzarote. You will need to rent a car. We hired a chef too, which allowed for us to really relax.

Fabulous spot for a quiet relaxing time

The property is really impressive, the pictures on the web site are accurate. Pool area is amazing. Hot tub is good but perhaps a little old. You need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. Old town and Puerto Calero both about 10 minutes drive away.Host was very helpful :-)

Paradise

We had an amazing stay, communication and helpfulness was above and beyond. Buns were delivered daily and very much enjoyed! The villa is even nicer then the pictures and you could not ask for more. The welcome wine, beer and treats were a nice touch. We will absolutely try to return to this property with the amazing views and all the amenities you could ask for.

Kasia was extremely helpful when we arrived and check in/departure was easy. Kitchen has all the mod cons - great oven/microwave and coffee machine. The bathrooms are bright and well maintained and the sauna in the main bathroom was a nice addition. The hot tub outside is a lovely spot with an imposing view of the mountains behind. The pool area is a fantastic place to spend time and has an amazing view of the coast. There are other seating/dining areas dotted around the outside. The Villa is clean and comfortable, a perfect family house for a holiday. The Villa provides easy access to the airport, Puerto del Carmen, Playa Blanca and Puerto Calero in 10/15 mins by car. All in all, a fine villa that I would highly recommend.

Traumhafte Unterkunft !

Die Unterkunft Villa Atlantis ist ein perfekter Ort, um auf der Insel Lanzarote wunderschöne Tage zu verbringen. DIe Villa hat jeden erdenklichen Luxus, selbst einen kleinen Kühlschrank am Poolbereich.... Die Küche ist supermodern eingerichtet, alles auf dem neuesten Stand, mitsamt eingebautem Kaffeevollautomaten. Die Bäder sind auf aktuellem Stand und es sind ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Der Pool ist groß und schön warm. Es gibt an und um die Villa herum reichlich Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, die je nach Wetterlage zum verweilen einladen. Der tolle Ausblick auf das Meer und auf die "Hausberge" runden den positiven Eindruck ab. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist hervorragend, auch Dank der engagierten Verwalterin Kasia ! Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Sunrise - Sunset

Wir ein paar Mitte fünfzig waren über Weihnachten und Neujahr 2019-2020 in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist für Menschen, welche die Ruhe suchen und es nicht scheuen sich mit dem Wagen zu bewegen, einfach perfekt! Die Aussicht über die Insel direkt auf den Atlantik ist jeden Tag eine Augenweide. Durch die vielen Treppen und die verschiedenen Bereiche ist man immer in Bewegung was ja auch nicht schadet aber man sollte schon noch rüstig sein. Es hat verschiedenen alles was man braucht, auch Heizöfen welche um diese Jahreszeit wichtig sind. Jeden Morgen die frischen Brötchen an der Türe war natürlich das Highlight welches einmalig ist und wir sehr genossen und geschätzt haben. Danke Mercy an dieser Stelle nochmals für diesen tollen Service. Die Beleuchtung die Treppe hinunter und um das Haus war etwas sehr bescheiden und in der Nacht musste man schon aufpassen wo man hingeht. Eine Reinigung nach einer Woche wäre wünschenswert gewesen, da sich einiges an Staub ansammelt. Alles in allem war es aber für uns der perfekte Aufenthalt. Besten Dank nochmals und ein gutes neues Jahr.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind in Mercys Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt einen großen beheizten Pool, eine Sauna und einen Jacuzzi. Alles haben wir viel genutzt. Es gab jeden Morgen frische Brötchen. Das ist ein toller Service. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder . Ines und Familie aus Frankfurt

Wirklich schönes Haus

Alles in allem muss man sagen, es ist eine wirklich schöne Villa, man hat alles was man braucht. Allerdings muss man ehrlich sagen, dass wenn man mit Teenager da ist, gibt es ein paar Abstriche. Das W-lan ist nicht so dolle (mich störte es nicht, aber für Kids leider sehr wichtig) und da das Haus sehr außerhalb liegt, muss man immer mit dem Auto wohin fahren. Das Haus liegt etwas weiter oben und es ist Abends sehr windig da oben, sodass es sich empfiehlt eine dicke Jacke für Abends einzupacken oder dann eben mit dem Auto runter fahren ins "Dorf" bzw. an den Strand, da ist es auch Abends noch schön. Aber sonst ein wirklich schönes Objekt zum Abschalten optimal, zumindest für Erwachsene :-))

Excellent villa, well appointed and lovely extras from our hosts

Excellent well appointed villa, plenty of room for our party of 6. Lots of outdoor & indoor space and a great location for touring the island. A big thank you to Mercy for looking after us so well with fresh bread each morning and for the welcome pack, wine, beer and soft drinks on our arrival. We had a great stay in Lanzarote and hope to return again soon.

Lovely house with bags of character and lovely outside space

We had a wonderful week exploring Lanzarote with our 2 young children and this was a brilliant base from which to do it. The house had a lovely feel and was really well planned out and the outside space was amazing. Each day fresh bread was delivered, we used a hire car to explore all of the island in the morning and then returned to the house and had a bbq for lunch and then enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi before putting the children to bed and sitting out and watching the stars with a glass of wine. There are supermarkets a short drive away and a the welcome pack was a lovely surprise. We had a great time and would highly recommend this lovely house. Mercy was a great host and communication was excellent throughout. Very pleased with our choice and would love to return.

Beautiful villa in a lovely location

We’ve just returned from a week and had a wonderful time. Mercy met us on arrival and had provided fruit, wine and drinks. It was a really lovely surprise. The villa is spacious and away from all the hustle and bustle but easy to access everywhere with a car. The pool was a fantastic size and we all loved using the hot tub too. We had bread delivered each morning which was a lovely touch. Mercy was very welcoming and always at the end of the phone if needed. Would highly recommend.

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Urlaubstage in der Villa Atlantis verbracht. Die Aussicht vom Haus aus ist einfach traumhaft. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist gut (viele Handtücher, aber es fehlen ein Paar Kaffeetassen). Bei Fragen hat Mercy umgehend geantwortet - die Betreuung war Klasse. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tolles Feriendomizil mit traumhaftem Pool und Meerblick

Wir haben in diesem Haus 2 erholsame Wochen verbracht. Die Ausstattung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Betreuung von Mercy, einfach großartig!!! Mercy empfing uns an der Villa und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Getränken und ein großer Obstkorb stand bereit. Jeden Morgen hingen frische Brötchen an unserer Tür. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld unserer Reise war perfekt. Der große, immer auf 29°C geheizte Pool war für uns eine Oase. Das gesamte Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und es ist zu spüren, dass Mercy viel Liebe zum Detail besitzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Mercy, für die tolle Zeit. Daniel & Ines aus Berlin

Lovely Villa 1st class owner.

Our family spent our 2 week annual holiday in Lanzarote at this villa. We were looked after so well by Mercy she arranged too meet us at the airport and from then on she just couldn’t do enough for us from the fresh bread every morning,the extra towels for the beech too the extra throws and because it was a bit nippy in the evenings I asked did she have an outdoor heater she said unfortunately not,the very next afternoon she went and purchased a brand new outdoor gas heater. Her attention to her guest is just 1st class couldn’t recommend her enough. Villa was clean throughout no complaints. Only slight downside is this villa is on a mountain side thus there is 18 steep steps up to it would not suit young children or any older people,also we were there 2 weeks and really you need a cleaner once a week. But a lovely villa for anyone looking a quiet relaxing stay and once again a superb host. Thanks again Mercy.

Grosszügig und bequem

Ein grosszügiges, bequemes und ruhig gelegenes Haus mit perfekter Aussicht. Der geheizte Pool war im März ein echter Pluspunkt. Nicht zu vergessen die ausgezeichnete Betreuung durch Mercy, die sich sofort um jede Kleinigkeit gekümmert hat.

Erwartungen Übertroffen

Im April haben wir (3Erwachsene) unseren Urlaub in der Villa Atlantis verbracht. Wir waren schon oft auf der Insel Lanzarote, aber dieses Haus hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Schon bei der Buchung ist uns die besondere Freundlichkeit der Vermieter aufgefallen, Fragen wurden äußerst schnell und zuvorkomment beantwortet. Das Haus liegt an einem Hang und verfügt über einen grandiosen Ausblick. Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen aber gleichwohl sind Restaurant, Bar und Supermarkt schnell zu erreichen. Es bietet genügend Platz im Innen- und Außenbereich und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten noch nie so viele Handtücher in allen Größen und sogar für jeden einen Bademantel. Der Poolbereich ist einfach super und das Wasser nicht zu kalt. Mercy (die Besitzerin) war uns gleich bei der Ankunft sehr sympathisch. Zur Begrüßung hat sie alles liebevoll vorbereitet, Obstkorb und Getränke standen für uns bereit. Jeden morgen wurden wir mit Brötchen beliefert und nicht zuletzt hat Mercy uns zu jedem Geburtstag (wir hatten alle 3 in dieser Zeit Geburstag) persönlich eine Karte geschrieben und vorbeigebracht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir denken gerne an die schöne Zeit in der Villa Atlantis, an das tolle Haus die gute Betreuung vor Ort und die interessanten Gespräche mit Mercy zuruck. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder und sagen ganz herzlichen Dank an Hector und Mercy "Besser geht nicht" Die drei aus Recklinghausen und Duisburg

An amazing view

The host of this property was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much problem. We were welcomed at the airport by Mercy (the owner) who took us to the villa and instantly made us feel at home, the welcoming gestures were much appreciated. An added extra touch was fresh bread delivered every morning! The villa is very well maintained and has every convenience. Although the weather was poor the added bonus of the hot tub made up for the lack of use of the lovely pool. The views from the villa are great, being able to sit on the huge terrace in total peace and quiet is perfect if you need to get away from it all. We loved visiting the local shop for basic provisions and got to practice our Spanish in the nearby Sociade. Car hire is a must here if you want to explore the island, again Mercy was on hand to help organise this. The villa is extremely well kept and the overall cleanliness is excellent. Although the weather wasn't good enough to BBQ, we probably wouldn't have used it as it needs sprucing up or replacing.Thanks for a great stay Mercy and Hector. A great property but the island isn't for us.

Besser gehts nicht !!!

Wir haben schon sehr viele Urlaube in der ganzen Welt und in allen Klassifizierungen erlebt. Aber gerade dieser Urlaub, die Finca, die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin bleibt uns wohl ewig in Errinerung. Wer die Ruhe, abgeschiedenheit, verbunden mit perfektem Ambiente sucht wird hier fündig werden. Einfach nur Traumhaft und sicherlich nicht das letzte mal !!

Alles war super!

Ich und meine Familie suchten eine Ruhe und Erholung und haben sie gefunden hier in Villa Atlantis. Wir verbrachten hier 14 Tage (13.03.14 – 27.03.14) und dies war die schönste Villa, wo wir je gewesen sind - interessante Planung, 3 Zimmer, der Blick auf das Meer und eine tolle Landschaft. Außerdem hat der Besitzer bei der Ankunft seine Handynummer gegeben und jedes Mal wir einige Fragen hatten, hat uns geholfen. Hier kann man wirklich einen schönen Urlaub genießen, jetzt planen wir in dieser Villa auch die nächste Zeit bleiben. Vielen Dank für alles! Herr Markus Schultz
