It is located a few meters from the town center and the famous "La Cinta" beach.
Once you arrive you can park your car inside the guarded residence 24 hours a day and forget it for all your holidays!
You can walk to the square of the village on foot with your children and go to the beautiful beach in the morning with a short walk.
Within the complex there are common external services such as wash-houses, coin-operated washing machines and a comfortable outdoor shower area.
If you love tennis do not forget your racket at home, I recommend!
The apartment is located on the first floor, in a beautiful park with "English lawn" and well-kept olive trees, a meeting point for children who can play in peace and security in the shade.
The building despite being small thanks to its balcony, recently expanded compared to other apartments, allows you to live the house freely during meals, considering the excellent exposure.
The small house is perfect for two people who, for sleeping, can use the double sofa bed.
For small children with spaces you can stay; a bunk bed is available.
Of course we must adapt !! On the other hand is a studio !!!
In two very comfortable, with a small child it fits, in four "you struggle" to live spaces.
The bathroom very comfortable, with a window, allows us a pleasant shower back from the sea.
Personally I recommend using the services at the entrance to the village.
If you are looking for a spacious apartment and a huge terrace, this property is not your case.
On the contrary, if you are looking for a foothold with excellent quality-price, in the center of the country and a stone's throw from the sea I suggest you do a little thought ...
On the other hand you come to the beach to be outdoors!
