Fantastic Mediterranean house (120m.) Decorated with a ratan style. The plot (300m.) Is individual and is located 100 meters from the beach. The house has free parking. Very good climate zone. It has a natural garden with trees, plants and a large barbecue. The villa is part of the Serramar urbanization where we can practice sports and leisure (pool, paddle, football and tennis) in the community area.
