Corner unit with 4 sliding glass doors (3 of 4 are newer, with screen doors) to large wraparound balcony. True oceanfront condo with stunning views. Steps to the beach.

Sleeps 6 (maximum of 6 people allowed):
- Master bedroom with ocean views from 2 large windows, and sliding glass door to balcony, with two queen size beds, desk with chair, TV and dresser. Large master bath with double sinks, bathtub, large separate shower, and a walk-in closet (additional rollaway bed in closet).

- Second bedroom with bunk bed, queen bed, dresser, TV, and closet (with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys).

- Well stocked kitchen with new (2025) electric range/oven, newer full-size refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water dispenser (2024), dishwasher, microwave oven, both drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, electric hot water kettle, slow cooker, Instant Pot, Vitamix blender, Nutri-Bullet blender, and cooler.

Tile floors throughout.

Three TVs with remotes - Two are Smart HDTVs. Free wireless internet and cable.

Hallway closet with Maytag washer and dryer (inside the condo). Laundry detergent provided.

The complex has 24 hour security and gated access. The building has 2 elevators and ample parking outside or underneath in the parking garage.

Surf Club is the perfect destination for those who are looking for a quiet, unspoiled oasis away from the hustle and bustle of some of the more crowded, more built-up beach destinations. The resort has 3 pools, tennis and pickleball courts, intracoastal access for kayaking and fishing, a bike trail, and a private beach.

Plenty of restaurants, shopping and other activities are within short driving distance:

Publix is 3 miles away. Palm Coast, with a wide variety of restaurants and stores, is 15 minutes away. Historic Saint Augustine, the nation's oldest city, is 25 minutes to the north. Eclectic Flagler Beach is 20 minutes south. Forty minutes to the south is the action of Daytona Beach and the International Speedway. It's about 45 minutes to Daytona Beach airport.

Several county and state parks and a public boat ramp are nearby. Swim with the dolphins or book a kayak tour at Marineland, just a mile away. Outlet shopping is just a short drive north of St. Augustine.

The beach at Surf Club has unique and beautiful rock-like coral formations that limit the size of the beach at high tide. Wider public beaches are available close by (about a mile away).

Wonderful Holiday Stay

This was our second year to stay here and it was as enjoyable as the first. The balcony provides amazing views of the ocean and sunrise as well as the sunset. Our kids took advantage of the pool, beach, and lots of nearby parks. A great place for a family getaway.

Fun stay! Good condo right on the beach and conveniently located to the pool. Great view from the wraparound balcony. Very close to Flagler Beach and St. Augustine for fun daily family adventures. The condo is in a laid back community and is a retreat from the more touristy areas.

Beautiful private beach property!

My kids and I stayed here April 2017. It is just steps from the beautiful rocky beach. The beach is for residents only and many days we were the only ones there. The pool is clean and the entire property well kept. The condo was perfect and the owner very responsive to needs. Would stay there again without hesitation. Absolutely beautiful and relaxing!

Family Time

This is our 20th year at this property and 3rd year in this unit. It's always clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The view is amazing . It is quiet and secluded but close enough to restaurants and shopping. We will be coming back again as it has become our 2nd home. Mike and Iris are great host and always really helpful.

Palm Coast was a dream! Much quieter area if you're looking for true relaxation. Could not have asked for better property managers to work with. Very detailed process to make check-in & check-out so smooth! Best instructions and assistance we've ever had. The condo was a great stay, loved that the master offered two queen size beds to allow room to spread out and sleep comfortably. The wrap around patio was a dream and had such amazing views on both sides! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you may need and both bathrooms offered full amenities as well. Will be planning a trip to come back soon and hope this is where we get to stay!

Why they chose this property

We looked all over northern and central Florida before deciding on Palm Coast, a quiet area of unspoiled beauty. Traffic is minimal. One mile south of Marineland, the condo is not far from grocery stores (5 minutes), restaurants and shopping (5-15 minutes), and anything else you might need during your vacation. If you want to venture a bit further, St. Augustine is to the north and Flagler Beach to the south, with lots to see and do. Also, it is within reasonable driving distance of Atlanta and other major cities in the south.

What makes this property unique

The ocean views are amazing, especially at sunrise or sunset. The condo is an end unit with a wraparound (front and side) balcony, so you have your choice of sun or shade at just about any time of day. The condo is directly on the beach. The complex is clean and quiet and the people are friendly.
