Even an Ocean view from the kitchen. Breakfast nook in the kitchen with a dining table 4 chairs. Primary suite with king size bed and extra couch, walk in closet, and en suite primary bath with his and hers vanities, large walk in shower and separate tub. You can enjoy gorgeous ocean views while laying in bed or access the balcony right from the primary suite. 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin size beds and 3rd is a trundle (Twin size) with trundle use, 1 of the beds can be turned in to a Queen size. Cozy living room with 50" Smart Flat screen TV complete with sofa and 2 chairs. Sliders overlooking the Ocean views and a large terrazzo balcony with chairs to sit around and enjoy a breath taking view of the ocean. Sip your morning coffee and watch the dolphins playing in the surf or sip your wine overlooking a beautiful sunset. Both bedrooms have their own TV's. Wifi available throughout the unit. Washer & Dryer available in the unit for your use. Even beach chairs are provided. Outdoor grilling patio is also available.

This property is part of the beautiful Intracoastal & ocean front community of Matanzas Shores with many amenities for your complete enjoyment. Wonderful 6 Weeks

My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks. We loved waking up every morning and seeing the ocean. We would stay here again! My only advice for the owner is to clean out some of the cabinets so long term guest will have room for groceries. That’s it! Loved it!!

Nice and quiet away from crowds if you like that! We had to do a lot of driving to get to shops and restaurants.

Great View

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was great and the rental had everything we needed. One suggestion would be to add screens to the sliding doors and windows so we could keep them open at night to hear the ocean.
