Delightful holiday villa with sea view
El Sol Blanco is situated on top of a mountain and has a beautiful view over the sea and mountains. The quiet location ensures that you can relax and enjoy the large terrace and the private pool. The villa was completed in December 2018 and is fully equipped. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds (in 2 bedrooms of 2. 10 long and in 1 bedroom 2. 20 long). Enjoy the sunset on the roof terrace with a glass of wine or a game of petanque in the garden.
House layout:
Upon entering through the front door, on the right is a small storage room with a washer / dryer. The room next to it is a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with a lovely freestanding bath.
The living room and kitchen is in the middle of the house. From the living room you walk straight onto the sunny terrace. On the left side of the house there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. Through the side of the house you can reach the roof terrace with a staircase.

Moderne vakantievilla op enkele kilometers van een nog rustig stukje Spaanse kust.
Modern ingericht vakantiehuis voorzien van alle comfort. Perfect om met gezin of vrienden ( 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers) een ontspannende vakantie door te brengen. Mooi onderhouden zwembad met voldoende ligzetels met zicht op de heuvels in het binnenland of de zee. Een kwartiertje rijden naar Pego waar supermarkten, bakkers en enkele restaurants zijn. Eveneens op een kwartiertje langgerekte stranden die zelfs in het hoogseizoen niet te druk zijn. Grotere stadjes zoals het wat meer toeristische Dénia,en Gandia zijn op een halfuurtje met de wagen bereikbaar. Valencia op iets meer dan een uur.
