This tropical waterfront beauty has it all...heated pool, spa, dock, and custom elevator. It is well appointed and fully equipped for your ultimate holiday rental. Located on a deep water canal with direct access to Florida Bay or the Ocean. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets while relaxing on one of several patios this gracious home offers. Water views are captured from almost every room. Spend your days relaxing in the breeze from the ocean, lounging by the pool, heating up the spa, or going for a dip in the canal. The house is in a prestigious residential neighborhood, but so close to all local attractions. A 70 foot dock is ready for your boat. A large outdoor shower/dressing area is perfect for rinsing off after a day out on the water or after cruising on your boat. "Fl Keys Luxury Home"

The house is easily accessible to everyone via stairs or custom commercial elevator. There is high speed internet, wi-fi and plenty of HD televisions for viewing: including a 76 inch TV with surround sound. The layout is spacious and carefree with over 4000 square feet of air conditioned living space. Plenty of room for everyone plus plenty of privacy to get away.
The main living, dining and kitchen area is located on level 2. It forms an "L" around a large outdoor dining patio with views in all directions. This level also has two king guest bedrooms (each with balcony) and a full bath.
The romantic master bedroom suite with open beam ceiling is privately tucked away on the third floor. It has his and her bath rooms, a separate living room, mini kitchen and two large outdoor covered patios, one waterside overlooking Florida Bay.
The ground floor apartment compliments the rest of the house. The living room and full kitchen overlook the water. There is a large king guest room with sunny outdoor patio and full bath.
Located at mile marker 86, the house is close to all the Keys has to offer: world-class sport fishing, swim with the dolphins at Theater of the Sea, snorkel or dive at a coral reef, boat out to the sand bar, charter a boat for deep-sea fishing, go back-country fishing in Florida Bay. Enjoy live music at one of the many waterfront restaurants or spend the afternoon at the Village of Islamorada Founders Park with its Olympic-size pool, kids water park, sandy beach, tennis/pickle ball courts, ball fields, and more.
Most of my customers return year after year because I care about their experience and do everything I can to keep the house immaculate and their stay enjoyable. Lyman is a retired naval officer and I am a native of Arlington, Virginia. On my first visit to the Keys, I fell in love with the azure blue waters, warm tropical breezes and relaxed life style. I was fortunate to find a vacant waterfront lot in the prestigious Venetian Shores neighborhood which we bought in 1978.
I designed the main house and had it built in 1990. At that time, you were not permitted to build on the ground floor. Luckily, the building codes were changed and in 1995 I added a separate ground floor apartment with the idea of having private guest quarters. It is perfect. Next a concrete dock, swimming pool and Jacuzzi were added in 2005. And the final addition of a commercial elevator was added in 2012 for easy access to all three levels of this luxury home.
In 2008 we became permanent Florida residence and have not regretted it since. We love it here. And recently we purchased a "fixer upper" on the bay just two miles north and we are keeping busy working on it. Please come down and enjoy this tropical paradise with us.

We were lucky to buy a waterfront lot on our first visit to the Florida Keys in the late 1970's. It was always our dream to move to the Keys and enjoy the warm sunshine, keys style casual living and the many friends we have been fortunate enough to get to know along the way. We treasure "Irish Ayes" as it is a very very special home . We care about the house and we care about our quests and want to provide you with a carefree, luxury vacation rental home for your stay in the Florida Keys.
What makes this property unique
The "Captain's Quarters" are the expansive master bedroom suite on the third floor with mini kitchen to keep drinks cold, snacks fresh and ice cream frozen until we are ready for a mid-night snack. It is very romantic with open cathedral beams in the ceiling. The views from the large covered patios on levels 2 and 3 have beautiful views of Florida Bay. Plus a commercial elevator can take you to any level in the house with ease. The ground floor has a private apartment called "waters edge" just for quests. There is a heated swimming pool and spa for relaxing in the Florida Sun or taking a break from a busy day. You will certainly enjoy this well appointed tropical vacation rental home.
