You are practically surrounded by water with ALL sorts of water activities at your fingertip. Islamorada is 1 1/2 hours from Miami and/or Key West. Also, the home is conveniently located 1 mile from world famous Holiday Isles, TIKI BAR. There you can sit out by the beach, or take a dip in the pool. The Islamorada Founders Park is just 1 minute North from the house.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths and there is a separate and independent 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths downstairs. This home is perfect for those traveling in large and/or different age groups; 2 families; in-laws or parents. The home is modernly furnished and offers all of the comforts of home, including a Private Heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi overlooking the water and 60' of dockage.

At The PERFECT ESCAPE you can spend the day soaking up the sun and relax at night in the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The house has all your will need for that Perfect ESCAPE which is long overdue.

POOL/SPA HEATING WEEKLY CHARGE OF $300 AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. RENTER MUST NOTIFY OWNER AND PAY FOR HEATING CHARGE IN ADVANCE TO ASSURE THAT POOL/SPA IS HEATED IN ADVANCE. AFTER CHECK IN, POOL/SPA HEATING CHARGE IS $400, AS POOL COMPANY HAS TO RETURN TO LOCATION TO TURN ON THE HEATER.

BOAT AVAILABLE FOR RENT. ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE.
