It can be easily reached in just 2 km from the A9 "dei Laghi" motorway exit. It has every comfort to make your stay pleasant and carefree.
The apartment, for exclusive use, has a sleeping area on the first floor with an air-conditioned double bedroom, large wardrobe and 32" LED TV, single bed for the third guest in an adjacent bedroom. The ground floor houses an air-conditioned living room with 32" LED TV ", complete breakfast buffet, bathroom with shower, equipped with professional hairdryer and welcome kit.
An outdoor table is available for guests to possibly consume the rich breakfast with local products and start the day in the best possible way. Private swimming pool, hydromassage spa and golf putting green complete the services offered. Hours of use and complete regulations are displayed in the structure near the pools themselves.
Our goal is to ensure that our guests do not miss anything. During your stay, you can always watch your favorite TV channels thanks to satellite reception, take advantage of your Netflix subscription, surf the internet with free Wi-Fi coverage. A washing machine (paid service) is available for any need. A courtesy set is included in your stay, as is complete bathroom and bedroom linen. On request cot and high chair for children 0-3 years. Finally, leave your car safely if you wish to travel with the convenient public transport that connects the B&B with the city centre, a covered parking space inside the structure is at your disposal.

Spina Verde is wonderful

We enjoyed our stay at Spina Verdi. The apartment was immaculate. Andrea was an excellent host and made us amazing breakfasts each day. The gardens are lovely and the putting green is a fun addition. Un très agréable séjour dans ce joli B&B au calme avec son vaste jardin et son jacuzzi. Notre hôte Andrea, aux petits soins, nous a communiqué toutes les informations utiles aux visites de Milan et des lac de come. Mention spéciale pour ses délicieux et copieux petits déjeuners.

Wir haben 2 Tage in dem B&B verbracht. Eigentlich zu schade für einen "Zwischenstop". Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Alles war perfekt sauber. Das Grundstück und die Lage super. Ein phänomenales Frühstück. Der Gastgeber stand immer für gute Ratschläge zur Verfügung. Auch unser 5jähriger Sohn hat es sehr genossen und wollte gerne noch länger bleiben.

Ich war schon oft in Italien unterwegs und schon in vielen Hotels und Appartements übernachtet. Über das bnb Spina Verde kann ich mit gutem Gewissen sagen das es das beste Appartements ist was ich bis jetzt erlebt habe in Italien. Sehr schön eingerichtet und alles in neuem Zustand. Nichts war defekt oder von billiger Qualität. In der Küche hatte man alles mögliche was man brauchte. TV und WiFi funktionierten in der unteren Etage einwandfrei. Im Schlafzimmer hatten wir ein bisschen mühe mit dem WiFi. Das Badezimmer gross und sehr modern eingerichtet. Im Schlafzimmer hatte es sehr viel Platz um die Kleider zu verstauen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und pro Person waren auch 2 verschiedene Kissen vorhanden. Einen Schminktisch wo meiner Frau sehr gefallen hatte war auch vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und jeden Tag mit frischen Brötchen und Kuchen. Für das Auto hatte ich immer Platz gefunden unter dem Autounterstand. Der Garten war auch sehr schön mit einer phantastischer Aussicht. Das bnb Spina Verde ist auf jedem Fall zu Empfehlen.
