Holiday Apartment "Da Poldina". A bright and spacious newly renovated apartment with two balconies and a wide view about 20 minutes walk from the city center and well served by public services.
Supermarkets, shops, post office and numerous bars are very close. Quiet area and a short distance from the greenery, but with quick access to the Aurelia Bis highway which allows you to easily avoid city traffic.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and one with a bunk bed), a bathroom with tub and shower, an open plan kitchen / lounge and two balconies (one that gets sun from the east and one from the west). In the hall there is a double sofa bed that can be folded up to eventually reach 6 guests.
Families are welcome even if a cot and high chair for children are not yet available.
The apartment has been completely renovated recently (end of 2017) and is equipped with all certifications (Electrical and Hydraulic).
Animals are welcome, it is only necessary that they are educated to live in the house and not too noisy. Please ask for information for any additional costs related to them.
The apartment is located on the sixth floor of seven and can be reached by lift (capacity 3 people). The apartment has a small private parking spot in the inner courtyard.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area, considered one of the only two "independent" areas of Sanremo as it is equipped with all the necessary services. Quiet compared to the city center, especially in summer. The very close access to the highway allows it to be used as a base for excursions inland and along the Ligurian and French coast avoiding all the Sanremo traffic (which can be quite a lot).
The bus stop for the city center is about 2-3 minutes walk away and is served every 15 minutes during the day.
