I strongly recommend this place

The 2 weeks of our stay were amazing thanks to Dorian care. The apartment is great. The location is perfect if you drive a car, 10 minutes away from the town without traffic, 2 min to the local supermarket. The sea is right across the road and an elevator will take you there. It was a big advantage, we will def come back. The apartment has all necessary things in it and even more. A complimentary snack from the owner was a nice surprise coming from a long road. The furniture is new, the sofa is very comfortable. My husband is 2 meter height and had a great sleep on it. Perfect for families with kids. No AC unit didn’t bother us at all, the air flow is always refreshing. There is no internet in the apartment, but there is a cafe downstairs, once you connect to the wifi every next time it will reconnect automatically. Dorian mentioned she was planning to install internet at her place shortly. There is a big balcony with a breathtaking view to the sea. We used it frequently for breakfasts and dinners. I strongly recommend this place, its the best offer you can get for what you pay, but only if you drive a car

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Kleine gemütliche Wohnung und alles herrlich sauber. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer Straße, doch wir haben den Verkehr nicht wahrgenommen. In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht, um eine Zeit zu verweilen. Der Ausblick und die Sitzgelegenheit sind wirklich schön. Doriana hat für alles gesorgt und ein lieber Geschenkkorb stand für uns bereit mit vielen Leckereien. Ganz süß

Lidt for oversolgt og lidt for underudstyret.

+ ligger fint i forhold til transport. Men meget trafikeret og meget larm fra befærdet vej. Fin udsigt fra lille altan, når man kigger henover stort grimt anlæg. Værelset er meget småt selv for 2. Te-køkken ikke godt nok udstyret. Badeværelse helt fint.

Dear Ina, I am so sorry for your non completely positive experience, but my ad is absolutely truthful about the size of the apartment (studio apartment), about the view of the sea and of the the hill’s decline (pictures), about the location nearby the main street that allows direct access to the beach and the bus and it doesn’t create acoustic problem, instead in relation of the kitchenette I’ve tried to equip it but I am interested to know what can I add in order to help the next guests. kind regards Doriana

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber aber auch sehr klein. Für zwei Personen o.k. aber mehr unmöglich. Da der Balkon in Richtung Straße zeigt, ist es laut. Bademöglichkeit direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite sehr gut aber zahlungspflichtig. Gesamt würde ich die Schulnote 3 vergeben.

nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances dans l'appartement de doriana.celui ci est fonctionnel malgré sa petite taille.il est bien situé par rapport a san remo et permet de belles promenades a pied.l'arriere pays est magnifique et l'accueil tres chaleureux.en bref ideal pour nos vacances de noel.de plus doriana est tres disponible et repond tres rapidement a nos demandes.pascale (une seule envie:un nouveau sejour)

Vacanza A Capo Nero

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo piccolo monolocale ci siamo trovati benissimo perché rifornito di tutto e con una vista mare fantastica terrazzo bellissimo e anche in una posizione ottimale noi abbiamo portato le nostre bici ci siamo trovati benissimo nei spostamenti la signora Doriana proprietaria dell 'alloggio gentilissima e disponibile all 'arrivo ci ha accolto la sig.Giovanna una persona Carinissima insomma lo consiglio vivamente e non vediamo l ora di poter ritornare un giorno Grazie Doriana a presto!!!!!!

Wir haben uns in unserem schnuckeligen Appartement wohlgefühlt .Das Appartement war mit allem was benötigt wurde ausgestattet,sauber und völlig zufriedenstellend. Die Frau Doriana war jederzeit hilfsbereit wenn mann sie brauchte. Ganz toll fanden wir auch das Willkommens Körbchen mit den Leckereien . Wir hatten ein Traumhaftes Panorama mit Blick auf das Meer von der Wohnung aus. Würden gerne wieder Kommen .Es war toll!!!

Super séjour, appartement super, la vue sur la mer le matîn Ét le soir était magnifique. Petit panier garnie à notre arrivée, ainsi que de L eau au frai et des glaçons. Nous recommendons ce logement.

Ottimo monolocale ben organizzato

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza molto piacevole anche usando le nostre bici che velocemente possono collegarci con tutte le località e le spiagge vicine. Comodissima e splendida la pista ciclabile! Il monolocale è un po' fuori dal centro di Sanremo in una zona molto tranquilla sul lungomare, ben ventilata e silenziosa di notte.

Ottima scelta

Il soggiorno in questo appartamentino è stato piacevolissimo! Recentemente ristrutturato, arredamento nuovo, fornito di tutto il necessario! Anzi.. addirittura abbiamo trovato un cestino con pasta, biscotti e altro! È stata proprio una bella sorpresa! Per non parlare della veranda... una meraviglia!! Doriana inoltre è stata molto disponibile nel dare tutte le informazioni.. e la Signora Giovanna che ci ha accolti è stata carinissima!! Consigliato!!

Una piacevolissima vacanza! La casa all'interno è nuova e fornita di qualsiasi cosa, non manca di nulla! Dalle stoviglie, le pentole, alla base per preparare da mangiare.. è stato bellissimo trovare all'arrivo un cestino con biscotti, pasta e succhi! Per non parlare della veranda.. uno spettacolo!! Un grazie a Doriana per la grandissima disponibilità.. e a Giovanna che ci ha accolti ed è stata carinissima!

soggiorno molto piacevole anche in primavera in un monolocale confortevole e superattrezzato.bella sorpresa il cestino colmo di alimenti molto gradito da chi arriva dopo un lungo viaggio.per chi "non si nutre di solo mare"si possono visitare gli splendidi borghi dell'entroterra: Dolceacqua, Apricale, Triora,Seborga... distanti solo pochi Km e per gli amanti dei fiori i giardini Pallanca di Bordighera e quelli di Hambury vicino a Ventimiglia. un arrivederci Nicoletta e Giovanni

Appartamento grazioso e molto pulito

Grazie Doriana a lei e alla simpatica signora che ci ha accolti. L'appartamento e' grazioso, con una splendida vista mare, equipaggiato di tutto quanto serve. Anche la nostra cagnologna Zina lo ha gradito molto e si e' fatta un weekend di vero riposo. E' da consigliare vivamente .

trés bon séjour

nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Sanremo ,le studio était parfait, propre il ne manquait rien sauf peut être la climatisation car il a fait vraiment très chaud . Arrêt de bus face à l'appartement ,parking gratuit, magasin à 1km .Merci Doriana pour le panier garni et l'eau fraîche ,quand on arrive le soir on n'a pas forcément envie d'aller faire les courses .Bref un endroit magnifique à conseiller

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce joli appartement bien rénové. La vue sur la mer est juste magnifique, on ne s'en lasse pas. 2 petites critiques toutefois : il y a du bruit parfois venant de la rue et le four de la cuisine n'est pas pratique du tout.

Everything we needed

Lovely apartment that had everything we needed for a great stay in a lovely part of Italy. I was slightly apprehensive that we would need a car (we took a train from Nice airport), but my fears were unfounded. There is a lovely bar downstairs with very friendly owners and the local supermarket is less than a kilometre down the road. There is a bus stop outside the building which provides convenient links to Sanremo and beyond. The apartment itself was very clean and the views were beautiful. The beach across the road was nice but, considering the ease in getting about on the buses, we preferred the beaches in Sanremo. We were welcomed by Signora Borgogno and we were made to feel at home with a complimentary basket of food and water in the fridge. Most welcome after a long journey. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and we intend on visiting again in the future.

FÜR DAS KLEINE BUDGET EINE WUNDERBARE UNTERKUNFT

Wir waren mit dem Studio rundum zufrieden. Einrichtung vermittelt ein wohnliches Gefühl und ist sehr stimmig. Das Studio ist sauber und gepflegt, bis auf Weingläser hat es alles was wir brauchten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unserer Meinung nach wirklich hervorragend. Das Auto kann sicher am Strassenrand auf dafür vorgesehenen Parkplätzen geparkt werden und wenn man nicht selbst fahren möchte - die Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor der Haustüre. Wir haben ein Wochenticket für den Bus gelöst (18€) und konnten somit ganz unabhängig und überall in den Bus steigen. Ein kleiner Begrüssungskorb mit vielen guten Sachen war bei unserer Ankunft vorhanden - das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Der Kontakt zu Vermieterin und Verwalterin war sehr nett und wenn es ein Problem gäbe wäre die Verwalterin im selben Haus (sie spricht allerdings nur italienisch). Die Aussicht von der grosszügigen Loggia ist wunderschön!
