The world famous Atlantis theme parks-15 minutes away, Down Town is 15 minutes, beach is 7 minutes. The areas' is diverse in activities. Car rental available for $42 a day/$149 per week- (based on availability) & on weekly rental or special driver available for hire. Breakfast upon request for an additional fee.

This stay was better than imagined. If you are contemplating booking with Joshua, just do it! The place is exactly as shown in pictures. The room was comfortable and amenities worked well. We received airport transfer from the host as well as transportation around the island! We really appreciated that. Host is responsive and available via text/call. The area surrounded is beautiful with lots of greenery and is mainly private/quiet except for occasional dog barking and other occupants. But other than that, it is a serene experience that I highly recommend.

Terrible....worst VRBO ever!! The first popular amenities listed is Kitchen. There were ZERO spoons, ZERO forks, ZERO knives, NO coffee maker (yet there were 2 coffee cups),ZERO pots and pans, ZERO bowls, and there was no sink (yet there were 2 glasses). The only water was bathroom sink and bathtub. There WAS a table and chairs. The first Essentials listed is wireless internet. The was NO network name and NO password found in the unit. So without international phone service, I was stranded. The unit was near Eastern Street which is maybe TWO miles from any services. There was NO sidewalk on either side of Eastern Street. I was stranded with only 4 energy bars and some almonds for my FIVE night stay. Luckily I am not diabetic and therefore did not suffer a diabetic coma. I did NOT visit Nassau, did NOT dine in Nassau, did NOT purchase merchandise in Nassau. This unit requires the visitor have an automobile. The unit resulted in the WORST vacation ever.

Karen, we appreciate your review, thank you. All of our previous guest have been extremely pleased with their stay, and, Nassau as a superb vacation hot spot. Transportation is always available to down town with one direct ( straight) drive from where you stayed....15 minutes. Paradise island, Montague beach along with plazas, restaurant options and much more are in-between. Sorry you didn't know how accessible these are/were. Wifi is free and always available...with password etc on the VRBO website, however we have since posted the instructions visible for all guest to see in the room. All of your points are taken very seriously and therefore we have marked and identified the utensil cabinet and draws. Once again....thank you

The Host didn't contact me about the rental. The first telephone number that I found for him was not in service. He finally responded to me just after 7 pm. I had been trying to find the Property since 3:30 pm. Check in time was 3 pm. The address that was not given was not accurate. The property was on a tiny unmarked road - I was only able to find it after he pinned it and sent it to me.It was not close to any amenities. After finding out where it was, I decided not to stay there.

nice as nice can be

oshua's place is a home away from home. The spot is beautiful and has a great beach in walking distance. Public transportation is a short walk but only until 6:30pm. Joshua responded to all questions, issues and concerns promptly. Thank you for allowing us to use your space. Peace and much love!
