The airy master bedroom offers a roomy king bed and an adjoining master bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. This unit offers a living room with queen-sized sofa sleeper, high-quality furnishings, entertainment center with stereo, TV, DVD, and a wet bar. Fully-equipped kitchen with all the conveniences of home and a washer and dryer. Lounge and enjoy a beautiful view of the sunrise from your private, 30-foot, screened lanai. This will become a return destination!

This Charter Club unit is in walking distance to everything Olde Naples has to offer. Fantastic 5th Ave, Shops and restaurants on 3 street. Tin City, Naples pier, sandy beaches, fishing, boating.

Many resort amenities including heated pool with tiki bar, kiddie pool and hot tub all overlooking beautiful Naples Bay! On site bicycles, club house, picnic area and so much more.
