Welcome! You are going to love this location! There are no condos closer to the beach and pier in Old Naples than this. Step off the property and it is a 50-yard (45.7 m.) walk to the White, Sandy Beach, and just over a block to the 1000' Naples Pier (Pending Reconstruction). This Olde Florida style condo complex has a courtyard tropical garden right outside of your door, along with our private, heated pool. A wide variety of restaurants await you in the '3rd Street' area, just over a block from the property. Enjoy restaurants like Tommy Bahama's, Campiello's, The Ridgway, and many others. The 3rd Street area also boasts some of Naples best shopping. There is a 43'' 4K UHD TV , Sound Bar, and DVD player with over 50 DVDs. The kitchen has been newly renovated, with dinnerware, flatware, pots/pans and more. There is a Convection Microwave which also allows traditional covnvection baking, and a Bosch Induction Cooktop. We have equipped this condo with everything you may need. NOTE: THE NAPLES PIER IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING REBUILT, AND THERE MAY BE INTERMITTENT CONSTRUCTION NOISE FROM THE BEACH TROUGH SPRING 2027.

We enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and updated . Jim responds very quickly to any questions I had. We walked 4 minutes to the beach everyday and to a coffee shop in town . The neighborhood is breathtaking .

Wonderful Beach Vacation

This condo is in a great location in Naples! We thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo itself, and it was well stocked. We had everything that we needed for the beach and for cooking in the kitchen. The location to the beach, to 3rd St and 5th Ave and to biking trails were great. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool after a day at the beach. The owner, James was great to work with. We loved our stay and look forward to returning soon:)

Great location! We walked to everything we wanted. The property was stocked with everything we needed, Very Clean and great communication. Beds we not the most comfy, but worked for the week. We would stay again!

Great experience because: 1. Location and access to the beach 2. Probably the best pool of any property in the area 3. Property not crowded and quiet (expect that to be different later in year when 1st floor is open again) 4. Very well done and well equipped accommodations Only caveats would be units are small and other than the pool there is no patio or balcony to sit outside.

Comfy Condo Steps from the Beach

Stayed for a week to thaw out and go shelling in the area. The condo has two beds and two baths. Both were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is remodeled with sleek finishings and appliances that maximize the space. The beach is a two or three minute walk from the beach with views of the pier to the north. Condo neighbors are quiet and friendly. On-site parking is a major bonus. Our hosts were attentive and helpful throughout the stay. 15/10 highly recommend.

Perfect location, perfect package

First time using VRBO and was a bit hesitant, but Jim made it easy and put all anxiety aside. The property is undergoing a bit of an overhaul inside the first floor units due to Hurricane Ian but it was in no way a drawback to the trip. The property is "retro" but immaculate. The pool was fantastic, serene and heated perfectly. Easy parking and you CANNOT beat the location. 450 steps to the sand next to the Pier and the same to 3rd street and excellent restaurants to pick from. Easy drive to Naples Harbor and 5th street. Would love to come back someday!

Wonderful Naples stay

The property is a well cared for 2 story condo building with a 60’s vibe . It has a nice pool with plenty of chaise lounges and chairs. There is parking for each unit. The location is perfect. Downtown surrounded by military million dollar house. It is across the street and 2 huge houses from Naples pier and beach with sand like powder. In the other direction you are half a blk from 3 rd st with its Saturday farmers market, which was great. The campions 2 bedroom condo is on the 2 nd floor and there is an elevator. The condo is spotless inside and nicely decorated. Jim has thought of everything you could need for a great stay. My only con would be that the kitchen while well equipt is small and the lovely glass toped dining table with high top chairs may not be suitable for young children. As a couple we had plenty of room especially with 2 bathrooms. We would love to stay there again.

So friendly and helpful

Unfortunately, we chose our week in this darling condo as Hurricane Ian was forming. We came in on Friday and had 2 lovely days there to swim and enjoy ourselves. By Saturday evening it was clear we would have to fly out in order to be safe from the store. We left Sunday early morning hours. The owners were most kind, understanding and accommodating. They answer all questions promptly. I would not hesitate in recommending this condo & these owners for future stays in Naples.

We enjoyed our stay! Except, We did hang some towels on railing, briefly. And we caught grief for it! Only to see other items hanging on rail for the duration of our stay. This did not bother me at all. The concern should be how people handle themselves at your facility and how they respect others there.
